Bought a battery here a year ago. Went to leave this morand battery was dead. Jump started my car and drove to auto zone, receipt in hand. Within 15 minutes they had a new battery installed, no charge. Excellent service.

I went looking for a new key lock key chain and the gentleman found exactly what I needed. He even replaced all the things I needed. The previous store tried to sell me a whole new system for way over the value I paid from here. I did not need the whole system, just the battery and case, plus he cleaned it so it would work better. Timely service and sales associates with friendly manners; reasonable prices on most of their items. The store is clean and usually well supplied.

Well I went in to have my battery checked. Everyone was kinda busy. I stepped in front on a tall white guy with a beard and ask if he could check my battery. He rudely said mam Im on the phone. He didnt say give me a minute, Ill be right with you or anything, duh where is the customer service. Not one person say mam I will be right with you as soon as Im done. 20 minutes later I go in because no one came out to help followed by the store manager. She called a guy over and he asked whose next. The manager said rudely, mam he Said whose next. By this time I ignored everyone, I told them I was waiting on this one customer service guy I saw behind the counter named Joseph, but he was helping someone else. Joseph finally came out to help me with my battery. He had the by farr the best customer service attitude at this location. Keep up the good work. I believe in always delivering great customer service and Joseph delivered it.............

Went in and person behind counter disappeared. Not good but man came in from outside and asked to help. I was looking for jumper cables, the lady came over and pointed to them. They were not priced, I asked and she said $14. That would be fine, we went to the register and they rang up at $24.99 plus tax. I said thats too much so she called OReillys down the street and asked them. They had some 17.99 cables. We went down there. She told them that I was coming to put them on the counter but he didnt. Oh well.

Got the battery tested and replaced. Thank you for the help!

They always seem to have what we need, but NEVER, EVER have enough staff, the right tools to help install and its frustrating.

WOW had a mechanical problem on my way through to north GA, and was able to get code pulled, buy the part, and borrow the tools to fix it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This store pretty cool order online for pickup or order in store for delivery. They are very knowledgable and experienced and willing to get their hands dirty.

This auto zone is ways from my location however the service is worth it. I had a huge order that I placed online and they had every single item I ordered walked in and out in less than 5 min. Way to go to all the staff there.

These guys typically have the parts your need in store .... And can order what they do not have .... Most employees actually know what they are talking about and can provide genuine knowledge and advice. There are times, however, when the worker clearly has no idea what a gas cap is or actually believes a vehicle needs blinker fluid .... There moments are rare ...but can be extremely frustrating when they occur.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Went in for power steering fluid and the young man actually checked my brake pads as well to see if they were low. Definitely recommend.
