You got to love their exact change scam because of the National coin shortage. The shortage doesnt seem to effect surrounding businesses.

I was happy to find this was an Advanced Auto with an old Car Quest crew. No nonsense, helpful and friendly. Its a shame Advanced bought out Car Quest, but its good to see its values live on somehow. Ill always come to this location for my MotorCraft needs.

Carr (Tre) and amber are the best. They really helped me out in a time of need. I bought a motorcycle last night, fully aware it would need a new battery soon but not as soon as I thought. They were professional and helpful. The replaces my battery for me with a smile and were very personable. This is the only auto parts shop I will be working with for a long time. They are the best. Go advanced auto parts!!!!!!

This is our go-to place when needing a quick auto part. I had heard bad things about the quality of their merchandise, however I find it to be just as good if not better than the other Auto places locally. Their prices are reasonable, but of course you can always find something cheaper online if youre willing to wait. they do have an excellent app that allows you to order items from the convenience of your home, and then pick them up when theyre ready. That eliminates two trips and waiting.

I went in to buy headlight bulbs and the staff person was responsive and quick. He knew right where to go to get my item. I was in and out in a couple of minutes. And there was no hassling over whether I wanted the cheaper or the much more expensive varieties. I highly recommend I highly recommend it

Went to have my battery checked the counter guy killed my battery trying to check it then said their jump bow wasnt working and they wanted a$189 for a new battery. Had to call somebody to come get me and when I got the car cranked back up the radio and climate controls are locked never will go to advance auto again or even suggest anyone else should. Very bad services

The manager came to our rescue. We were broke down at a gas station . A belt broke . He came put one on and it was wrong went and grabbed several belts came back and put us back on the road. Not only that an employee paid for the belt. Awesome people.True meaning of Christmas.

The return policy should be posted! They recommended a tool I would need for my car issue, turns out it was too big. Brought it back to the store after only 10 mins with the receipt and the manager refused to give me my money back because the way I opened the package! Awful customer service

Lazy is the word. Purchased a battery at 645pm. Picked it up and 728. They stated that it was too late to install a battery. So i bought the tools myself and changed it in 10 minutes. If they were busy, then ok. Im the only person in the store and i guess it would had interupted their joking and playing until 8pm.
