Had to make a trip here to pick up some wood for my deck - love fishing off it! I had to make a trip from Columbus which was no big deal since my mother in law lives in Phenix City. The person helping us (dident catch her name) was very knowledgeable about the planks I needed and she got me situated quick. Checkout was quick no lines...zero complaints!

Went there today to get parts to fix my toilet. I bought a whole new kit. Hopefully it works! Dont really want to replace the whole toilet right now. We will see. Prices marked shelves for items. Very easy self check out!

Home Depot is the best. They have everything you need and things you wouldnt think of too. We purchased a washer/dryer combo and delivered it in 3 days! Great job!

The lazy lady at the customer service desk wouldn’t even look up a sku#. We had to go to the registers to get someone that was willing to do it. I wish I got her name. The other employees were helpful. Even the other person at the customer service desk said “can’t we just look, they’ve been here for 40 minutes.” It’s sad when even the other employees were shocked at her behavior.

Where is the service at the door section and nobody showed up in 20 minutes been waiting so I left bad when you page people that dont show up

They normally have what Im looking for at this location. This particular time not so much, and I was sold the wrong paint. I knew exactly what I wanted, and exactly what I needed. Maybe next time they will get it rite.

Drove over from Opelika since our HDs saw was broken (for a while) and the people were very nice, friendly and professional. Was in and out with what I needed and very satisfied.

Some of the crew lacks basic knowledge in construction and building ..but they are ways there to give it there best shot to assist customer and help the most of there capabilities...could probably use some more basics training in use of the product uses in the categories

Store was neat, clean and in stock on the items I was looking for. Electric shopping carts were charged and working. Main aisle was a little to crowded for turns with the cart. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Check that they ring ur items correct before u leave and dont exspect employees to be around to help u on anything and if they do exspect attitude.

I had to found my own order that I made online

This has to be one of the best managed stores in the HD family. They always have what I need in stock. The floor personnel have walked me through several plumbing issues as Im renovating a home, and whenever I order for curbside delivery they call me promptly and always bring my order out promptly and courteously when I get there.

If i need to find something i just open the Home Depot app on my phone, search for what i am looking for and it tells you what isle and bin number the item is in. This is very useful at ANY Home Depot.

Was in the Phenix City, Al store today. Signs are posted at all doors that say you must wear mask to shop in store. In the 30 minutes I was there I counted 11 people without mask. No enforcement in sight. I am 70 years old with other conditions so it is important for everyone to do their part for safety. I know people will say “stay home” but when you have trouble in your house sometimes you must go. Love the store just want to feel safe.

Usually have what I need. Workers are curteous and helpful. Not enough workers to help, especially on weekends.

No matter who you ask, nobody knows jack. You ask 3 different associates the same question and get 3 different answers.

We buy a lot a lot of stuff from Home Depot. Over the last 2 days we have spent over a $1000.00 of lumber n cement. Not once has anyone offered to help load It on a cart or unload it in our truck. My husband is 65 with a heart condition. People are running around with little flags avoiding eye contact. Its ridiculous! If we had a choice we would go somewhere else in a heart beat. Promise you we are looking.

I have never been treated so rude in my many visits to Home depot. First they were two workers near me when I was trying to get my storage bins down, 200 quarts, I finally turned around to ask for help and this nice customer took them down. Then I got them to the service desk where I have checked out many times when they were not busy. They were not, I was standing in line and she said meanly is that a return I reply no, she wanted me to walk to the other end of the store. I wouldnt even be upset but my back was hurting so bad. But anyways I will visit the store in Opelika, they are so much nicer. They have excellent customer service.

Poor customer service. Waited 47 min only to be told washer wasnt in stock. Employees dont seem to care a bit about you. Period. Made me feel like i did something wrong. Wont be back. Lowes is cheaper anyway

Tha Business is great when you need supplies for the house but far as honesty within the heart of the business like a manager specifically one tht I found out was accessing my account three tha computers I was able to track down what exact computer I followed it to a home depo in Columbus GA. This person was accessing my account online . Basically hacked into my account using my credit

Home depot is the best ! I buy 80% of my materials from there

I ordered a refrigerator that was shipped from the warehouse to the Phenix City store and when I unpackaged it, it was severely damaged. Because of the situation I couldn’t bring it back. I bought it to help some homeless people living in an RV. I called the store and they offered 10% back as a credit which didn’t even cover the taxes for me. Very frustrated with the purchase.

Jaylon is the most considerate and helpful person at your store hands down. He works in the lot and I love his straw hat. He is the reason I drive to Columbus to Phenix City to shop at Home Depot. Good customer service will make me make the drive anyday.

Only purchased 1 item, A sheet of plywood. Assoc. att the store helped with loading. A nice lady. another cust. saw the problem I was having getting the wood in my SUV & volunteered to take it to my house on her truck. There are still caring people..

Compared to the Columbus store- less organized with less room to maneuver.

1. This is store is convenient to the miltary retirees, but we do not get discounts on building supplies. We were told that the money goes to Wounded warriors. It would be nice to see the contributions in the community.2. The pickup zone needs managements attention. The zone is always blocked by someone that is inside shopping. If this is a contractors store, I will go somewhere else so I do not have to do double work. I purchased cement, but had to put it on a cart and roll it to my truck. Homeowners shop here also. Thanks.

Had everything we needed in the garden center

I saw a grill outside for $99, when I took the barcode to checkout, it rang up $149. I informed the cashier it was marked as $99. She got a manager to enquire. The manger said it was marked wrong by mistake and told me they havent had a grill for $99 in a long time and would not honor the display price. Before I got out of the parking lot, an associate was changing the display price to $199, which was still incorrect. I will never shop this HD ever again. Lowes, you just got a new customer.

Customer service employee did not know her job or how to look up merchandise in the computer system. She was very unhelpful! We knew more about the product than she knew which was much of nothing.
