Great sales Department, purchased my 21 Tundra in July, Love it. Came in for 5k maintenance (tire rotation, fluids and air check) said it would take an hour, just hit 2 hour mark and they barely took it in. Spoke to manager Robert Chavez he said they didnt know what happened. Took 2 hours for a15 minute job. Hope this was just an off day.

Just moved to McAllen and first time at dealership for repairs. My now new service advisor was excellent. He quickly assessed the repairs needed, he got the parts ordered and i returned the next day for repairs. Bill was as predicted as were wait times. Thank you. Very disappointed. Not the manager Luis, nor Ronnie the sales rep. Have been able to give me a straight answer. All they tell me are lies. First they give me a date that the truck that I want will arrive on Oct. 3rd. Then a week before the date I call them, because I never received an update. They tell me that they won’t be getting it until the 20th of Oct. when I ask for pictures of the truck I see that they ordered the incorrect truck. They don’t even apologize or acknowledge that they made a mistake. They just told me that I have to wait 90 days for my vehicle to arrive. It is ridiculous that they couldn’t get the information correctly since the beginning and be honest with me. All they told me were lies.

I had an appointment during the week for an oil change only. I have now been waiting over 2 hours. Why make an appointment?! The staff are friendly but that only goes so far. Wont be back. Feeling disappointed.Update: Toyota reached out to see how to do better in the future. They validated my frustrations instead of making excuses which was impressive. Im going back tomorrow. Took my 2019 tacoma to Toyota of Pharr for battery problems. Service writer by the name of Jorge Bernal took care of me in the upmost professional way.He advised me he my truck was still under the 36,000 mile 3 year warranty and the battery would be replaced under it. While there Jorge told me that my truck was due for a oil change, so I told him to go head and perform the oil change. I went in at 7:20am and the services were done by 9:00 am. I thanked for the way I was treated by him, telling me not to worry ;that my truck would be ready soon .Ive never been treated by any service adviser like the way i was while Iwas there at Toyota of Pharr.I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone . They took care of my truck situation in a very professional and caring way.

I had a 7:20am appointment and I got there early. I was told it would be an hour and a half but didnt get it until about 11am. I was called asking me for my wheel lock tool. I didnt know where it was, the salesman never told me it had locks and I didnt check. They eventually found it in the glove box. I told them about missing screws on both front wheel wells and when I went to pick it up after 10am, my vehicle was still outside waiting to get serviced. Once they serviced it my vehicle was still missing screws on the left wheel well and I had to wait for the technician to get called, show up with the screws and put them on.

We bought our Camry earlier this year at Toyota of Pharr and were very satisfied. Unfortunately, service is a very different story. I live around 45 minutes away from the dealership. I made an appointment in advance for the first service (on a tuesday) only to find out that even with an appointment it would be a 2.5 hour wait just to be seen. Absolutely ridiculous. Anytime Ive had my Ford serviced they get me in right away and Ill be entirely done in that amount of time. You would think after spending a ton of money someplace, they could take care of recurring service better than this. I shouldnt have to plan my entire day around an oil change. All this dealership cares about is the sale.

It is unfortunate, Toyota being a great brand I honestly will not be recurring onto purchasing another vehicle here because of the service department. I brought my vehicle about 3 months ago with no issue. Changed my tires at another place and the technician suggested me to take my corolla to the dealership since the shock absorbers were leaking oil at that time. At the moment of my arrival today to Toyota of Pharr (since the technicians do not work during the weekends I had to be there today!) I mentioned that a sound was coming from the front area of my vehicle (fact that happened a week ago) the service advisor agreed a few hours of this happening. 6 hours later after I dropped my vehicle there was no fixing at all. Tried calling several times during the day and the service advisor did not answer (I guess he was busy). After a few hours I called successfully and got frustrated since the service advisor mentioned nothing had been fixed again 6 HOURS LATER. I was firstly suggested to go early today to have it ready by the end of the day if possible. Asked for vacations to get this fixed today and guess what…? Nothing was fixed after all. Tried reaching the Manager and he said that they go by what the customer says… really, so if there is no foundings there is no checking out of the box? Then, if the customer ignore motor/mechanics, you will not do anything else AT ALL. I mentioned at the end the leaking which I totally forgot, but again since I did not say anything about it, it was not checked at all. I guess I did not do MY JOB correctly and mentioned something that was not effectively right. I have had Ford, Honda, and finally got a Toyota and never in my life had this type of issues until now. It is indeed unfortunate. There is a huge opportunity in how you guys approach and select the words on how to solve your customer issues.

My experience with Toyota of Pharr Texas was very good because I had a very efficient salesman or helper whose name is Nelson Tippet. Also, Nelson is currently trying to locate other vehicles I would like to buy, such as hybrids or all electric because there are not any Available(not enough supply for the current demand for these types of cars.). I asked specifically for a Rav4 or a Siana, and Nelson responded, “ There are none but I will keep looking and contact you,Mr. Gowarty, As soon as the dealership gets these cars.” I am confident that Nelson Tippet at the Toyota of Pharr,Tx dealership will do so. I trust Nelson Tippet is working on my behalf as one of his loyal customers.

Got an 8:00 am appointment for a change oil maintenance - as usual the moment I got my car on the service bay I was approach by one of their employees. After letting him know of of the service I needed for the car, he made some recommendations ( added service that the car may need) and then told that it will probably take an hour and a half for the service to finish.Their employees are very friendly and helpful, from the time I walk in until the time I paid for the service done. Very unpleasant experience on purchasing a used vehicle. As a customer, we trust that the service department has assessed the vehicle in a professional manner. Instead, I was handed off a vehicle that not only needed major repair but that is unsafe to drive. I was told that they could not perform a tire rotation, balance and alignment due to size of tires. I requested for maintenance necessary to feel safe and Eli Gomez, Sales Manager refused to fulfill my request. Instead, he only changed a belt and 2 rotors. I was asked to provide them with the tire lock for right rotor replacement, however, I was never given one. When I picked up the vehicle, Eli Gomez, Sales manager did not step out to speak to me as to why he refused to fix and make my vehicle safe to drive. Service Manager was polite, however, Service department is not the best. On a positive note, the finance department is wonderful. Major difference when buying a vehicle out of the valley vs in the RGV. I will never purchase a vehicle in the valley again. Poor work ethic. I am used to being treated with respect, something I did not receive from Toyota of Pharr. Definitely will not recommend to friends and family.UPDATE: Mr. Collins, GM, reached out to me immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. He instructed the Service Department to fix my alternator, do the tire rotation, balance, and alignment. Vehicle was immediately picked up by the dealership the same day. However, the following day I get a call from Service Department, informing me that only the alignment was done as they felt there was no need to balance and rotate the tires. 😲 The alternator was not replaced either and instead, only the battery was changed. At this point, I am not comfortable trusting the service departments judgement. I requested for the balance and rotation but that will have to wait from Saturday until Tuesday or Wednesday and I am in need of a vehicle ASAP either rental, loaner, or demo. On the loud bang when turning my wheels, I was also told that is normal when a truck is lifted. I requested for service to check the bushings and was told that they looked ok. Where they even assesed? (I wonder) So why the loud bang? 🤔 Luckily, I do my research and read up on vehicles, therefore, I know a bit of what questions to ask. I feel bad for the people that dont know any better.Mr. Collins, THANK YOU for trying your best in making customers happy and solving any kind of issues! However, ultimately, its up to your employees to do what THEY think its best and not follow your requests. 😔

Took my Tundra in for scheduled maintenance plus a cosmetic issue. Was immediately taken care of by my service advisor Mr. Bernal. The cosmetic issue required for a part to be ordered. Not only did Mr. Bernal have my vehicle serviced and handed back to me within the hour, he went above and beyond call of duty and was able to obtain the part needed to fix my cosmetic truck issue as well. The sales expierence was great but the after was horrible and i am extremely disappointed. I took my vehicle to get serviced due to tire pressure that kept showing on vehicle. Last week the car was taken for same issue and they said it was due to weather and there was no nail. I took it back today and there is apparently a nail now and tire could not be repaired. Eric Johnson is extremely rude and unprofessional. We requested to speak to a manager and he failed to answer phone calls.

Primarily visited dealership for factory maintenance and I walked out with a brand new vehicle. Our salesman, Heriberto Luna, went above and beyond my expectations. The best experience Ive had at a dealership. He works very quickly and is very helpful. You can tell he loves his job and is a man of his word. Our service technician Derek was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our tires were safe enough to drive. We just went for a nail in our tire and he had 2 tires replaced that we weren’t even aware of the tears in them. Thank u Derek for your help and great customer service

Always great customer service. I used there service center to do vehicle maintenance on my old Tundra then bought a new Tundra from here a few years later. After negotiating was done, I was in and out of financing department within 30mins. I have always experienced great customer service at this Toyota dealership.

Id give them no stars if the option was there. Horrible service. I will never do business with again. Ive purchased three cars from this dealership and they dont honor customers loyalty. I will tell family and friends about our experience there so they too can turn away from that dealership and buy cars elsewhere.

I had such a great experience with Toyota of Pharr & it was all thanks to Noe Gonzalez.He was excellent. He helped me get the car that I needed at a price payment I could afford and I very much appreciate it. He was great at answering my questions since the start & keeping in mind my budget. This is the type of customer service I was hoping for when I chose to come to them for a new vehicle. I hope we get to work with Noe again in our future Toyota purchases.

I just bought a Toyota tundra 2021 I had a burned blinker on front driver side. I took my vehicle yesterday at 9:30 AM and they could not find the problem at 3 PM finally They find the problem. But they didn’t have the part! I had to pick up the vehicle take it home. next morning I was able to just go to the Advance Auto and buy the bulb for $7. The vehicle is under warranty they did not have a light ball to replace. This service manager was very unfamiliar with the vehicle did not really understood how to troubleshoot and I feel sorry for him to be in that position. I don’t even know what to do if there is something seriously wrong with the vehicle next time. I may have to take it to San Antonio or Austin.I don’t believe any of the reviews in here. I think these are all done by their web master and some of their own employees.

Cool they have plenty of service advisors, big waiting area with free water and coffee and free uber both ways while your vehicle is serviced! Just their services (maintenance) are not cheap. They should send coupons or discounts every now and then.
