Im giving them one star because of Very BAD customer service. I order black, white and red 4 gauge wire to be picked up the nexts day. They (Billy Bownds) told me yesterday its on order and you can come by a pick up today at will call, anytime after 6 am. Came by to pick up materials was not here. Hes excused was a glitch in the system and my order was lost. I asked Billy how can he help and try to make it right as I explain Im will loose money on a job. Billy did not even try to make it right or help, poor customer service, not to mention very unprofessional. Asked for a manger and BOOM he was able to help and made it right. Now its funny my order will be able to be picked up today. Thanks to the manger.

I was working out of town and had to have parts late in the afternoon these folks waited for me a half hour after closing to make sure I had what I needed. They loaded me up and even checked my order in another town.Their counter area was well stocked and laid out first class.

Excellent electrical parts supplier.

Dont bother shopping here if you are not part of their Club. Square D is worse than the mafia.
