Mayda, Was who helped me with Glasses at the store. If you have the pleasure of being assisted by her you will be taken cared of by the fullest extent. She helped me with a second opinion for my choices for Glasses. Very thoroughly explained what looked good on me. By, saying it covers my eyebrows a little much or maybe the bridge seemed a little high on my nose.She is very polite, patient,friendly, helpful. She also adjusted my Glasses because I had stepped on them that morning. So, I asked for her help with that. She had also adjusted my nose buds on Glasses too. Without me asking her about that. She had noticed and helped me with this too without mentioning it too her. Which was wonderful since it had been hurting my nose. Overall, she turned what was a problematic and rainy day into a much more pleasant experience for the rest of my day with her experience & expertise. Horrible experience, call several times and the phone not working, after one week I can see well with the glasses, I see my doctor and she say was something wrong with the near vision they made to high and that the reason. Why I see wrong, once again wait another week, and my glasses are horrible Are the same problem again, go to another place horrible customer services the lady almost yelling at my face saying that Im grong, If you want best service and also better customer experience go to another place .

For the past 10 years my family & I have always bought our Rx glasses & sunglasses from this store. The service had been great & the store reps were always courteous & attentive. Today, though, has been extraordinarily poor. The three lady reps manning the counter are either new at their jobs or dont really care. My wife & I didnt feel valued at all. Hope management will take time to coach or train those reps.
I was new to this location, but was very well taken care of, and every question was answered. This wont be my last time, Im sure!
The customer service is is AWFUL from Esmeralda. She not only was rude but does not wear her face mask over her nose. She completed our order for two pairs of glasses and behaved like we were an inconvenience in her day.When we returned to pick up the order she denied having completed our order not once but three times claiming it was another associate. When I got home I checked my receipt and yes, her name was at the top of the receipt. This store has a great selection and takes our insurance but the staff are terrible.

They never call you to pick up the glasses, they dont even bother to text you, terrible service. Years ago they had excellent service.
First of all I have to say that the staff are AMAZING at what they do for their customers. My fiance received honest opinions from Ms. Lin about the kind of glasses that fit him. She had the ability to provide awesome feedback and was even able to help us with getting more savings for his glasses. We love her and you will see how wonderful she is. Bought a $500 glass and had some scratches problems in lense . And when I back for help, I got a really bad service from the receptionist guy in 30 seconds conversation. Never back there again

I came in with my daughters to help my youngest look for glasses. We weren’t welcome here at all. Firstly there was no greeting which isn’t a big deal but when you are just chit chatting about Popeyes chicken and then completely ignore us - that’s frustrating. We were there for about 10 minutes - hadn’t been helped one bit - but then 2 separate groups come in and they IMMEDIATELY greeted them and got up to help them. So clearly we just weren’t welcome so we waited a bit longer and then finally just told my youngest I’m sorry I know you like those glasses but we can’t get any help so we will go to another store. We took a picture of the glasses we wanted and will try to find another place that has them. Would not recommend this place at all.
We came in to find glasses for my sister. Nobody greeted us because they were too busy talking about Popeyes chicken being spicer than chick fil a. Two separate groups come in 10 minutes later and we still haven’t been helped. They immediately go help the other two groups instead of us. We were ignored and disregarded. We said out loud we needed someone’s assistance but still was ignored. So guess we will go elsewhere.
Great experience getting my sons glasses replaced. The staff was amazing and Ashley was wonderful. Very attentive and took time to address our needs from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend their service.
Very happy with my glasses. Service was great. Received my glasses really fast. They used my red card discount. Definitely going back. The only thing is the optical is in a really small room. Was kind of hard being that I have 3 kids I had to to take them with me..

Target Optical does free alignments! 🤓I walked in here with a tension headache from my new glasses smashing my head because they were so tight. Anyway, I didnt even buy the glasses at Target and they totally hooked me up!! Ashley N. took one look at my frames and knew exactly what to do! She heated them up, shaped them and they were perfect! My husband, daughter and I all had an appointment scheduled for today, Saturday. We walk in and the receptionist tells us, our appointment with Dr. Phan was for next Saturday. I know I didn’t pick the next Saturday, because we will be on vacation that weekend. She made zero attempt to apologize or accommodate us. She only wanted to cancel the appointment. I am out of contacts and really wanted/needed contacts before we left for vacation.
Ashley was extremely helpful! I have worked in optometry for years so I know when someone is trying to sell you something you dont need and she never once did that. She was great from start to finish and I really felt like I was in good hands purchasing my glasses with her.

First and last time shopper at Target optical. We were told 7-10 days for glasses to come in. 2 more times, we were told 3-4 days more. Still not in after 2 weeks and 1 day. They tell me that they are scheduled to come in tomorrow. If not, I will be cancelling and get refunded. We will go to Wal-Mart., where Ive NEVER had an issue before and never waited more than 5-7 days for glasses. This is my sons first pair of glasses. If he already had some to wear, I wouldnt be so angry. But he NEEDS them and is having to go without. Never again! If I could give zero stars, I would.

More than reasonably priced, got a pair of coach glasses with upgraded lenses and a warranty, under 170 bucks. Received a text 4 days later and picked them up. Most painless place to get glasses.
Customer service is all about the details. I went to this Target Optical Center to get glasses and contacts. The exam went well and the doctor had a set of sample contacts in my prescription. The glasses I picked out were discounted, on clearance, and were a reasonable price. The overall selection was acceptable--not the best Ive seen, but not the worst. The staff worked with my insurance and took care of all the details--which is typical, but it was painless for me. The major challenge came when the glasses returned from the lab. The prescription was not entered properly into the system and the glasses came back with, well, just glass--there was no perscription...needless to say the glasses needed to go back to the lab. While the delay was irritating, the staff went out of their way to make it right. Good job. They earned my respect. Customer service is about how you deal with a situation, and not about the situation itself.
Customer service here is always superb. Dr. Phan is kind and professional and is always detailed when describing the state of your vision. There are a decent number of frames to choose from at reasonable prices.
I went to see Dr. Kelly Phan, complaining of eye pain and headaches and she looked at me quizzically as though, for an eye appointment, these were strange complaints (???). Even before looking at my eyes, she kept insisting that the pain was probably due to allergies or sleep deprivation (neither of which I suffer from). During the exam, I couldnt properly identify some of the letters with my left eye (I guessed that the x was either a k, a t or an x, for instance), but she concluded that I got them all correct (which was odd, considering that I hadnt) and that I had perfect vision. Obviously, I went and got a second opinion and the new optometrist was so kind and patient. It turns out that I have astigmatism in both eyes (which was causing the headaches), minor issues with my right eye, but more serious issues with my left (which was why I couldnt read the letters during the Target exam). Ive been wearing my new glasses and finally have relief! No more headaches or eye pain. I would NOT recommend Dr. Kelly Phan and found my experience with her disconcerting.
I was verbally abused by a coworker fom this location. Stay away from this store unless you want to be ignored and yelled at. I have never made a complaint before but this was unexceptable and so embarrassing. Incredibly unprofessional and disgraceful.
Very very disappointed with the service I got today at target optical. I am a repeat customer, I wasn’t helped until 10min later because both employees are checking frames for one of them - I walked away and went to Walmart order my frame in 20min - don’t get your glasses at this location
If you want 1 on 1 attention, and not be rushed? Dont go here. Went because I figured I could save a bit when buying glasses for my daughter and I. Worst experience eyeglass shopping ever. We went in once our prescription had been filled, and it was very crowded. They only had 2 people working, so I knew i wasnt going to be helped right away, which usually isnt a problem (Im pretty patient). But when I was told to sit at a desk and then ignored for about 30-45 minutes while they helped customers that had come in after me, I decided to put the glasses down that we had already selected and walked away. I went to LensCrafters instead, received very personalized service and walked away with 2 pairs of very cute glasses for my daughter and I.
I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience at an eye doctor until I came here. I arrived 5 minutes early to my 2pm appt. The reception room is the size of a closet. I walk in and there were 2 women, 4 kids and a baby cramped in that tiny room. One woman was being checked out. The optometrist looks at me and says how can I help you. I tell her I’m there for my appointment and she says ok it’ll be one moment. About 10min go by and she’s finally done checking out the woman. I’m thinking to myself, finally, my appointment is about to start. I go to the counter and she hands me a clip board from a stack of clip boards and asks me to fill the paperwork out. This really aggravated me because I just stood there all that time doing nothing when I could have been filling out my paper work. By this time it was about 2:15, and even though I’m sure I’m going to be serviced next she proceeds to call the other woman into the exam room, which looked like a hole in the wall. I was shocked that 15mins into my scheduled appt. I still had to wait until she was done doing an exam on another person? Which meant my appointment wouldn’t start till around 3!? Needless to say I walked out of my appointment. The whole experience was very unpleasant and unprofessional.
Ive almost had my eye exam 3 weeks ago . When I went to pick out my glasses, the sales lady informed me it will be 7-10 business days before I would get them. I called the 2 week after my eye exam and picking them out, glasses wasnt ready. When I called a male employee told me that they should be here between that day and the next . They would give me a call once they arrive. We are now on week 3 and I havent received a phone call or my glasses.
She gave me the wrong perscription and now I have to buy new glasses out of pocket again
