Great customer service! I dont have anywhere close to home that carries my rolling tobacco, and the old store at this location kept saying theyd order it, theyd write it down, then never do it. These guys opened their new store, I asked them to order it my first time there, and they did the first time, had it in stock about a week later. SO STOKED to have a smoke shop with chill employees and good management. FINALLY!!!!

Unprofessional, opens when he wants, the shop says they open at 10 but I came multiple times at 1030 and the shop isnt open, whats the point of time slots and no one is there?

I’m a new customer never been to Knucklehead ...I Called the store looking for a product and gal said I have someone in the store I’ve got to go. I guess that customer is more important than this customer.I hope that customer bought a lot .... because I was going to spend some money too.
