I went to this store to buy a floor stand hair dryer. The saleslady was so nice and helpful. She quickly checked to see if they had any dryers in stock and retrieved it when we arrived at the store. She was very professional, I will return to make additional purchases.

So many choices. I selected the water wave for a fun colorful blend. The store has great selections from make up to hair choice to hair products. I love shopping here! One young lady tried her best to help me find purple shades. She brought me suggestions and really took her time with me. I really appreciated that.

They have everything you need here! I really love all the options of crochet and braiding hair that they have. The store is huge!

Product has one price, when it is time to pay the register has another price. So buyer beware. They do not honor the product price. Other options and places that honor the price on the product.

Store is very organized and has a great selection of hair for crochets. A variety of hair and wigs available. Staff were very helpful. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommend you check this place out for beauty supplies.

Something told me not to spend my money there. The mohawk ponytail I bought I couldn’t even put it in my head because it’s shaded so bad half of the hairs on my floor. They wouldn’t let me exchange it even after showing them how much hair is shedding from the ponytail, so I told them to just throw it in the trash. Money wasted useless took my $15.99 was supposed to really cost $12.99… I promise myself I’ll shop there if the products are free.

The only reason I ever shop there is because its the closest to my salon, but lately I get everything I need from a store near the college I teach at because this store has no good customer service, and I been doing this long enough to know when owners are always suspicious of someone trying to steal, They are price gouging business and take advantage of their customers. I would never shop there again and I refuse to send my clients there too,its bad business.

I am Mexican and I went in store with my white husband and mixed daughter, we all have our Covid shot. Lady would not let us in but a lot of black ppl were in store with no mask. We were treated like trash, will never come here again.

They have Evvvvverythinggggg you could imagine in this store. The cosmetics and dyes are inexpensive if thats what you need. They also have quite a lot of the items you see on social media as well if thats the price range you would like. Dont just walk in and skim through the aisles unless you are in a rush because there is something on every row. Ask questions and also check the board at the door for hairstylists and barbers in the area. This store is by far the best Ive been to.

I love this place for the concenience of its location to my house, as well as, my nail technician! Rachel is great. When I dont know what color I want, she knows what to choose for me! My manicure and pedicure lasts 3 weeks!

The employees, the young ladies were super helpful. The owner (guy) could have been if NOT fir watching the security camera screens(all 3) the moment you enter. (Was not even 5 people shopping at this time of day) So if you want to feel like you will be watched and followed, KNOW what you need and leave. Abd be careful. I recently visited this store and have never had a bad experience at this store until my last visit which was very strange. I handed the lady 20.00 and I was supposed to get 13.00 and some change back, but when I counted my money, it was only 8.00. I told her that she forgot to give me a 5 and she went back into her register and gave me my money. Except, when I counted it again, it was the same exact amount as before. A five dollar bill and three ones. This lady claimed that she gave me a 10 dollar bill but I absolutely had no 10 dollar bills on me. I came into the store with nothing but 20s and 1s. Eventually I had to call the police in order to get my money back. He said the Camera showed that she removed 10 dollars out of the draw. I am definitely not crazy or imagining things for she did not hand me 10 dollars. So for anyone who is familiar with anything like this who may have some idea of what happened, I would appreciate if you can explain it to me. Thanks.

This store has everything you need for your hair and isnt far from where I live! I came in for the first time and was shocked at how big and how everything that I need from natural hair care to wigs/weave care to even a wide variety of lashes. Love this hair store!!

I LOVE this place. Just brought my mom and my sisters here because I love it so much and they loved it too! Such a large variety, good prices and they dont follow you and make you feel uncomfortable. I feel welcomed here. Love it!!!

I go here all the time to pick up the dye I use, Adore, as no Sally Beauty Aid ever seems to carry it. Staff here are nice and it reminds me of the beauty aids I frequented in NY. Every aisle is clear what it has and the store is clean. Always smells like a hair care product or perfume. The lines are never too long, and theres a good amount of parking.

I will echo many of the other reviews and say this manager has horrible return/exchange policies and customer service. I went to exchange a product that I realized had clearly been used once I opened it, and the owner refused. She practically called me a liar, and stated there was no way to prove that it wasnt me who used it, even though I had the receipt to show it had been bought the day before. Ive gone to this place for convenience, despite their prices being relatively higher. They definitely lost a customer!! I will always drive further if the service is better elsewhere. There is a great beauty supply store on Dessau, near Cameron Rd, and the owner is extremely nice. She allows you to return products all the time, and everyone there is really helpful. I will make the longer trip from now on!!

Will I say big and mighty I mean to say that i was highly impressed by the diversity of products available in this shop. They have wide range of products and accessories of all kinds and well displayed for easy shopping. Looking at the shop from the outside you wouldnt know that such a big shop is there until you get inside. I would surely recommend the shop for your complete hair accessories, you would be glad you did, I know that some multiple shops in town like Walmart sell hair accessories but this shop I can bet you is a one stop shop for your complete hair solutions just go check them out

I had so much fun in this store today. This was my first time wig shopping and it sure will not be my last. I wish I got the name of the girl who helped me out. She was so much fun, helpful and honest on what styles looked good on me. She said they have over 600 wigs and I believe it. The walls are covered from top to bottom with wigs.

I know about a year ago I gave this company a five star. After today ima go with a one for the simple fact that I tried to do an exchange the gel product for a spray product exact same thing 50 cents more which was no problem. And he wouldnt do it. Even with me having the receipt.Goes to show me the final sale list which is everything in the store. I guess Ill take my service back to Starr Beauty Supply!!!

Terrible customer service the only reason my clients go is for convenience. We really need a place that treats you as a customer not as a black dollar or Latino dollar dont be tricked by the hiring of minorities I know a few that quit and why. This was a horrifying experience, to say the least. The manager at this store falsely accused my daughter of something she didnt do. She embarrassed my minor for more than 40 minutes while my minor waited for me to come to the store. She made several derogatory and degrading comments towards my daughter and myself. Im beyond disappointed and extremely saddened by the whole situation. I never wanted my child to be a victim of racial profiling. The store manager also repeatedly showed the video of my minor to many other customers, even though she was aware that my daughter was a minor, and the angle of the camera was from a back view, entirely. The store manager would not even let the video play all the way through, she kept stopping the video on the part she wanted to stop it at. Which unfairly didnt show the entire situation. As we were leaving the store manager made the comment they never change.

I give it three stars because their nice ppl and get stuff at good prices BUT the guy that had checked me out basically through a fit over me not having TWO PENNIES. Seriously? A little hospitality wouldve been nice. Whats TWO damn PENNIES.

I went here about a month ago to get some Blue Magic & Cantu hair supplies. I heard they had what Id been looking for in the wrong places so I made the trip. The man that helped me was kinda rude! I browsed the wigs & saw a pretty earth colored one. When I asked to see it he replied its $700, the cheapest one is $21, you want that one. I was like okay well I dont want that one for $700.00. I really just wanted to see it. He said I know, cheap, over there pointing me in the direction of cheap wigs. I tried to get him to understand I just wanted to look at the hair highlights & texture. He just kept talk over and again saying I need a cheap wig. I was a little confused & felt disrespected. Honestly I wouldnt buy a wig that cost that much but, it was how he treated me. I just thought Id share my experience. Maybe I took it the wrong way but it seemed really rude and out of line.

I normally dont post bad experiences, but this was a horrible experience so I MUST SHARE!!!So I went to Wigs and Beauty hair store in Pflugerville today around 4pm. The hair that I wanted to purchase had 9.99 on the bag, other bags of the same brand with same/different colors were 8.99, 12.99, and 14.99. So I ask the lady working there what the correct price was. SHE SNATCHED THE HAIR FROM ME AND SAID THAT THE REAL PRICE WAS 14.99. She continued to say that I changed the price. I questioned her and she got very angry! She told me to get out and never come back!!!!! I asked her name...... she told me Lee. I asked her to check the price at the register and she couldnt pull up a price. The other lady (Jennifer) stated that she remembered me and the price was 9.99. I asked Lee why she was acting rude over an inquiry. She said she was going to call the police. I told her please do because I didnt do anything.MY PROBLEM WITH THIS SCENARIO IS THE WAY SHE TREATED ME!!! I would have paid 14.99 for the hair because it was good hair. When I told her that I would file a complaint, she said it didnt matter because YOU PEOPLE WILL COME BACK!!!. The reality of what she said is true. No matter what is posted, unless it directly affects you it doesnt matter.The ironic part of what happened is I got home and was looking through my hair drawer and found a bag that I purchased 3 weeks ago for 9.99. (See picture below, Didnt know I still had it).So if you happen to be at Wigs and Beauty anytime soon, the lady on the left in the picture below name is Lee. She is supposedly the owner. Dont question her or her prices. If you do, you will be treated as a non factor and asked to leave!!!!I spend so much money at this store!!! I send a lot of people to this store when they inquire about the hair I use.NOT ANYMORE!!!

This place has so much for everyone. I can get extensions cheaper on-line but they have everything for nails, hair, make-up, jewelery, some shoes, ect. Its affordable to. I received good service. Only been a couple of time. Will be back.

Horrible service. Selection is decent but service is just plain horrible. Especially black dude helping with wigs just rude rude. Never seen anything like it Completely ignored me and this was my first time at the store and will be my last. Another customer had to help me just unacceptable. We need to stop supporting places like these. Ladies a little tip: try the wigs in store but go buy online so much cheaper like the wig I bought here was $59 but only $30 online. Save your coin.

Poor customer service

I use to like this place but turned into just like every other Chinese or Korean owned hair store! Not friendly, paranoid about every black person that comes in their store. Smh. Learn how to interact with your customers, make them feel like you really want their business. Until then Im no longer a customer here. Whoever the lady you guys when you first opened, bring her back she was the reason I would go here.

I get a lot of supplies here for my daughters cheerleading team and their hair care needs. We have all types of hair on the team and this place has everything I need. Great friendly service every single time and prices are unbeatable.

I would have given 5 star but the salesperson in the wig area wasnt motivated in help me to see what kind of wig l wanted she was more interested in looking in the mirror at herself. The store have alot to offer but need to address their salespeople.
