After recovering from Cancer surgery, I figured on started a new career. So, I needed a few more final items and went to Best Buy, which always, always hires the best knowledgeable people, if not, they are shown the door. I met one of their finest floor managers yesterday morning. Ms. Elise. Even with me, slowing her down, walking the store, she took the time, not only to direct me to my items, she obtained detailed information on each item, so it was no bother, for me. Wow, what a GREAT person. Much appreciated, Ms. Elise, (with an S). Ill be back, again and again. Once I am fully recovered, of course. But, I will mention you, once I figure out these Podcast and online platform thingys. Keep striving, soon youll be running the place, or at a business of your own, or even both. Definitely a leader. Stopped by the computer repair help desk to ask a question. Limited staff and no acknowledgement a customer was waiting. Electronic sign said next available tech was 4 minutes. Not bad, waited 6 then sign changed and said next available was now 2 hours from then. Grrr I love technology but there is a problem at this part of the store that needs addressing sooner than later.
Used to be an awesome place until staff cutbacks, replacing checkouts with self-checkouts, etc. I was ready to buy a dryer and washer set but after two laps of the store no one was available to help.
Salesperson was not knowledgeable about TV stands, recommended one with an unsure uh... this one? And there were no prices on any product in that aisle. I gather maybe redoing the Skus? Not a great time, but not terrible.
Today I came to pick up an ice machine that was gifted for my wedding. The first time we were notified that it was delivered, we didn’t receive anything. (We think someone stole it off our front porch). We received the replacement and it was broken. Not to mention the ice machine wasn’t in a discrete Best Buy box. Anyone that drove by or walked by could see it was an expensive ice machine. A picture of the delivery is attached. Its truly no wonder why someone would come and take it. My husband returned the ice machine to exchange it for one that works and we decided it was best that we picked up the second replacement from the store in case we were at work and didn’t have to worry about someone stealing it. Today I came to pick it up at customer service because I had the day off. I had the order # and I was asked to give my ID. So I did. Chris said it needed to say my husbands name on the ID and that he needed to be the one to pick it up. Which is fair since he was the one that dealt with the return. Chris had a sour attitude when he told me this information and followed it with the most insincere apology and sat back down in his chair. I really didn’t appreciate his demeanor.
Came to return something I got for Christmas and was told they usually didnt take returns after so long but they still did it for me. Good customer service
Just the usual Pflugerville Best Buy..out of everything and employees that really either dont like their jobs or they have no clue what customer service is about. Stopped shopping this store years ago, but made the mistake to stop there for an item. On a nearly empty store employees were busy chatting, and when I asked for help I was told someone was coming...and yes you guessed it after 15-20 minutes waiting no one showed up. If I could, I would have rate them minus 10. Take the short drive to Round Rock if you want better service.

As a previous Best Buy employee I was not impressed. Many items without prices, empty boxes on the floor, disheveled item placement, and overall not the cleanest.Will go back if I really need something only they carry, but probably not otherwise.
I will never buy another product from Best Buy. I bought my mom a stereo for Christmas. We live three hours away from each other. The CD player broke after two weeks. I tried contacting the Pflugerville & Hurst store and neither store will accept phone calls. I could never reach a live person to help me with exchanging the stereo out. I had to purchase another stereo in May from Best Buy and take it to my mother. Now, Im trying to get a refund on the broken stereo. However, I cant talk to anyone at Best Buy so I will just have to go in person. Its very, very frustrating, to say the least.

After a total of 5 hours on hold and being hung up on repeatedly i am quite displeased with customer service and a defective chromebook purchased today. I am homebound with no transportation so having to get to Best Buy is a hardship. I dread having to deal with customer service in person
Never have we met such a rude best buy geek squad employee. We called the store and was on hold for 37 minutes. So while on hold we drove over to the store to see about getting help with and apple care warranty claim. They guy was just standing there not working on anything and just looked irritated to be at work. Finally we asked if he could help us since he wasnt going to offer his services and he responded well do you have and appointment in a very rude tone. Mind you we are the only ones in the this location at the moment. My wife told him we tried to make and appointment but you guys are not answering the phone. We are still on hold for the store we are standing right in front of him. He then shoves a piece of paper at my wife and says fill this out, apple care 3-4 business days with attitude and walks off. Then briefly returns to says well you can buy a new one if you dont want to wait. Such a poor effort in customer service. It will be amazon for us here on out for future electronic purchases.
Used geek squad. They did the minimum required on my PC, upgrading memory. They reported the interior of my PC was dusty, wish they would have sprayed a little to spray out the dust, but no, they left it dusty. I would have paid for the service.
Hugely disappointed by their service today. Screen protector is cracked. Website says they have Samsung items to repair. I have a note9. I ask if they could help remove old one and put the new one on and seemingly annoyed said I would have to pay for that. No duh guy Im in a business that asks money for services. Oh but then magically they dont have any and refers me to Amazon. I tell him I dont shop on Amazon and he says well I dont know how to help oue.
No staff willing to help. All checkout lines closed, so you had to go through the returns/customer support line and wait for someone to finish with their complaining, and when you get to the desk, some lady has 2 long fingernails and can barely function with them. Not a great experience. Most likely will travel a few extra miles to a different store next time.
Has an overpowering scent of mold/mildew. Cut my visit short. The building was damaged by a severe hail storm. Damage was repaired, but the mildew smell is very profound.
Their customer service was TOP NOTCH! During the very busy Christmas holiday, the employee who was taking curb side orders went out of her way to help me while I was in the store. I tried telling her she didnt have to because I was originally outside but she insisted and was so very helpful! Merry Christmas to her and to all the front line employees doing their very best during these difficult times!
Just stopped in for some phone chargers, but everyone was polite and the floor agent knew what he was talking about. Easy checkout.
About Customer service... I went to pick up a curbside order (turned out it was half ready so they brought half to the car, no problem). I decided to head inside to see if I could pick it up ONLY because when I bought online, the website said the items were in stock in the store so I thought I MAY be able to just pick them up off the shelf myself instead. I waited in line for customer service to ask if I could just go pick it up from the floor, but half way into explaining to the lady at the desk, she darted to the back, then returned and interrupted me saying Itll be ready in 20 minutes, I cant make it be available now! Yikes... If shed let me finish, I wasnt asking her to force the curbside order to be magically ready... I realize some customers are tough, but no need to project those past bad customer experiences onto other customers. Per her rudely delivered information, I went back to my car where my husband and toddler were waiting, waited 45 minutes, and nothing... We left. I checked online afterward and the curbside order now said it would be ready in like 11 days... Not sure what happened but ok.... Anyway super kudos to the other rep who was running the items out to cars for curbside though; he listened without assumptions and he just plain helped.

People were mostly helpful, but they seemed to be out of everything! I was told they competed with Costco, but when I showed them Costcos offer on the same TV was told they couldnt match it and that I should just go buy it from Costco.
Worst experience I have ever had. I have been shopping at Best Buy my entire adult life and have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars over the last decade. I always believed in supporting this company because I appreciated the brick and mortar establishments over buying everything at Amazon. I also appreciated dealing with someone face to face and contributing to keep this business alive. That has changed after today.I am a Best Buy Elite Plus member and they are really willing to lose my business over a measly $70 speaks volumes to how Best Buy values their customers. It truly makes no sense for me to ever buy something from this company opposed to doing it at Amazon.I purchased a PS5 and came over to Best Buy to purchase the game I wanted for it. I was sold a defective game (no big deal). After doing everything I could to try and make it work, I went ahead and purchased the same game on the PlayStation Store (for less I may add) and it worked. I was under the impression I could swap the game out for another considering the history I have had as a customer, and the documentation I had of everything.I was wrong. The only thing I got was accusations insinuating I was trying to return a game I played because I did not bring it back the same day? I literally purchased it an hour before close and could not come back because they were closed??!!!Lesson learned, do not do business with Best Buy.
Geek Squad Review - Zac was the person helping me. First of all, customers need to be a whole lot more kind and patient to the Geek Squad. This is definitely a busy location, with appointments coming in every 20 minutes (or less if people just walk in) and some of these issues are not a quick fix. This Best Buy Geek squad is busy. Set an appointment. Try for a weekday if you can manage it when its less busy, be understanding of the nice guys behind the counter that are just trying to make sure they get your phone or computer back to life. My experience was good because the staff were honest about the amount of time it would take (iPhone battery replacement, 1.5 - 2 hours that day) I came in at 5:50 the day before, and they were honest about not being able to get it done by 7 p.m. closing time. Expectations were set and met.
Floor need was very helpful. I normally get ignored when in t-shirt, shorts and flip flops. When in a suit, I cannot beat them off of me with a stick. This time was different when I needed a bluetooth mouse.
I had a very bad experience with my recent best buy purchase. I placed an online order for a dehumidifier and picked up from Pflugerville store a month ago. Unfortunately, it stopped working all of a sudden. I took the item to the store where I picked up. They said, as its out of return window, they asked me to contact manufacturer, GE appliances as it has got 1 year warranty. Then I have setup a service apt with GE appliances and today technicians looked at the dehumidifier and said they no longer service dehumidifiers and asked me to return it where I bought. When I called bestbuy customer support, they are asking me to contact GE back as its out of return window. I am kind of stuck in the middle because of the mistake I did purchasing from Bestbuy. As I bought the item from bestbuy, I expect them to help me resolving this unique situation and they denied to provide any help..This is terrible customer support from bestbuy. This will be my last purchase at Bestbuy.
I absolutely love Best Buy. Have their credit card and they have great promotions! As long as you pay off the promo before the time is up you will not be charged allllllllllll of the interest that built up during the promo time. And their Geek Squad is really great too. Every laptop and computer we purchase from Best Buy, we leave it with Geek Squad to get them set up and all the programs added that need to be on them. If anything goes wrong, you can either trouble shoot over the phone or make an appointment and take it in. I purchase the coverage at the time of purchase. It’s truly the way to go. 😊
Walked in ask specifically for the product I were looking for. I was pointed in the direction and found the product. Did not see anyone to assist so, I beck the first employee I saw! I was told by the bearded man that he would send someone, well after 20 minutes at least no one should up! As I was exiting the store in encountered the bearded man again I I politely stated to him “no one should up” his response was “did you still need help”!!!! I will NEVER ENTER THAT LOCATION AGAIN!! This was my second visit! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS YOUR FREIND OR YOUR FOE!!!

Best Buy never has a good selection of inventory. Modern day practice, because it wasn’t always like that, and then you have stores like Fry’s where you can actually find what you need.
We have been able to find the things we are looking for. The workers are quick to help (or make a sell) which ever, but the only issue I had was 2 workers who happened to walk by me and my daughter who just turn 18, making remarks about her physical appearance. Disturbing to say the less and disgusting to hear thirsty men speak about it as if we werent standing there.
You can buy online and pick up in store. Its a great time saver
This Best Buy, like the store in Round Rock, has an abundant amount of employees everywhere you look. However, this location is superior because at least one of the employees acknowledged my existence. This promising individual offered to help (twice) and did just that. Thank you x2.There is also a recepticle for recycleable waste (batteries, cords, etc.) in the breeze way as soon as you walk in.Thats two stars for the employee and one for the company.I like their ample parking and they were open as advertised (unlike the other store a few days before). Go ahead and add another star, making the total 4.And because Im a Star giving my limited time of day, knowing I have more pressing matters to attend to, adding to consumer feedback.... You can add 1 more into the Grand Total.
Normally great shopping here. Preordered my phone: email says pickup today, app says pickup today, release date is today, no phone available despite everything saying today. Stopped by and got fed a polite go away line of were unloading a truck, come back tomorrow. Customer service guy was nice but unhelpful. No one can say when Ill get my device or where it is. Should have had it shipped instead of picking up at this store.
WORST experience ever! I purchased a refrigerator online and scheduled installation 2 weeks out. It was supposed to arrive between 7am and 1pm. At 11 am i contacted them by chat because no one would ever answer a phone call. I asked them if they could tell me where i was in the line up for delivery. He responded between 7am and 1pm. I told him i knew that and that was not my question. He responded that it would be delivered by 1pm. At 1:05 pm i contacted them again and asked where the delivery was. He put me on hold and came back saying he had tried to call the delivery team 3 times by phone and no one answered, then he disconeccted me. At 1:15pm i contacted them again and that guy tells me that they do not show any deliveries scheduled for my house. I copy and paste the text confirmation i recieved from Best Buy that morning. Then he tells me he will try to locate them. When he comes back online i tell him i want to talk to a supervisor and he tells me they have no way to call out. So i told him that someone was lying because the last guy told me he tried to call the delivery team on the phone 3 times! Finally they arrive around 1:30pm and bring the refrigerator in and I said wait, the door has to open the other way and he tells me that they dont do that its another team..and leaves! I cant use the refrigerator!! And they pushed it back in place and didnt plug it in! Now i have been on hold and trying to get this resolved for over 1 hour, so far....i have now been on hold for over 2 hours trying to resolve this and evertime someone finally answers and find out i have a complaint/problem they hang up...4th phone call!

Bought a printer from them about a year ago. And they do not carry my ink cartridge for it. So little irritated.

The oven on my Amana stove, that I bought there last year went out. Because I didnt buy the Best Buy warranty I was not covered there. My gripe is that they didnt offer a 800# for me to call Amana, just pushing the fact that I should have bought their warranty. Who expects a major appliance to stop working in less than a year.
Sadly I am not impressed with Best Buy. I also shopped at the Best Buy in Fairfield, CA and feel the same. When you stand in line, in front and wait for over 30 minutes and the staff go in the back room and not acknowledge you. I left. They used to be the best, but no need to improve.

I hate gotcha fine print and the only way to combat it is with bad reviews, so here it is. I bought a receiver about a week ago. This week it is on sale for $30 less and though Best Buy boldly claims their satisfaction guarantee, in the fine print, it excludes sales on the entire week of Thanksgiving. CS would not even offer in store credit, just kept texting their link to their satisfaction guarantee page which required hunting down the exclusion - *Gotcha!*

Felt very safe and secure: placed my order on line and received a text it was ready and pulled right in front. Someone took my name and in minutes they handed me my order. Minus one star because the keyboard I bought didn’t go with the computer I just bought. But I was able to return it the next day, without ever having to leave my car.
I usually buy a lot of my electronic devices needs from best buy. I love that store, when you walk around you get a glimpse of the new gadget, well organized and the staff were very helpful.

Curbside pick up works flawlessly and they are pretty quick at getting stuff out to your car. However during some busy times, there isn’t enough curbside parking. I made an pick up order on an eero mesh WiFi 3 pack and when I came to park, all the spots were filled and a bunch of other cars were driving around waiting to take a pickup spot. Took me 15 mins before I got a spot. At least they took care of me quickly, cause the parking situation was a nightmare, I’m sure due to the holiday season.

Best buy has always been my go-to store for tech. Ive been going to the store for years, I have two near my home... And when I go into either one they know who I am. Now I can order by phone and pick up at the curb thats cool.
Asked where qn adapter was he said if we have it, itd be here and I found it online and had to find it myself in another section. Otherwise, they have a wide selection of tech products etc. I mean come on its best buy theyre a good place to shop.

I understand that there is a lot going on right now but I have not been able to get help or consistent instructions on how I can upgrade my phone through the website & pickup or activate it myself.My mom and my brother in San Antonio were both able to do it without issue a week or so ago!
Looking for vinyl records that can be ordered online and picked up at store but this best buy is completely empty and there prices have skyrocketing.... but the employees were all very helpful and lovely to me

Best Buy always finds a way to not provide customers with a refund. All stores that I shop at use my credit card to find the receipt but not Best Buy. They cant even find a major purchase that is under warranty. I purchased a 50 dollar cover for my cell phone and wanted to exchange it and because I did not have my reciept I had to buy an additional cover.2 dollar item and I played them another 50 dollars.

I find they are out of stock allot. Also it is very difficult to get help and you have to wait a long time, although once you do get someones attention they have always been very helpful and even go the extra mile to help.

Absolutely rude employees. As I was walking up to get in line to go into the store, Some authoritative issue employee with a fake badge told me that I had to get back in my car and go through their drive-through lane that i couldnt pick up my order in store. I needed to buy other things. When I told him I wasnt waiting in the Car lane with all the people blocking the parking lot like a******s he said I couldnt go in because I had a bad attitude?Well I did go back and get in my car and then I got a refund and took my business to frys electronics.
