My overall experience was great, service was awesome. Wait time is very time oriented and they were nice and helpful 🧡 10/10.

Its dirty inside, out of stock of a lot of drinks in the cooler and items on their MTO system. Rest of my food sat while I waited because of their poor management. Tasted fine though.

This is the worst place I have ever been. My family and I went on a family road trip. Our car is a Tesla so on our way back we stop by their gas station to fill the tank of 3 other SUVs and charge our Tesla at their charge station. Short after my family filled up their tank they parked in the back to wait for us while at the same time we where looking for a place to stay tonight. Someone spoke to us over their loud speaker threatening us about calling the police if we dont lived the place. My husband went in to explain we where all together and my family were waiting for us but the workers inside said they had no idea who was talking over the speaker. The same person said again that he would call the police if we dont lived. So by that time a police car show up, our car was charged and we were ready to go. The police did not even stopped where we were. This is my message to the owner or manager of that gas station, I dont care about your policy, thats not the way to treat customers that were just putting money in your pocket.

Order French toast sticks with cinnamon and sugar. They did not have either. I also ordered the 2 for $4 burritos, which from the picture advertised looks great. But NO they were frozen microwaved burritos that I could have bought an entire box from Walmart for the same price. Absolutely false advertising. Do not waste your money.

Do not visit if you just want food. I placed an order yesterday and I gave them 1 star because the food was hot. The REASON it was hot is because they had to remake it. After waiting in line for 35 minutes I noticed the lady that had placed her order after me had just gotten hers. I went up and asked about mine and they couldnt bring up previous orders so I had to give them my receipt so they could remake it. They still didnt get everything on it I asked for. It wouldnt be an issue if they didnt nickel and dime you for everything. Jalapenos? 60 cents extra. Raw onions? Those are free. Sautéed onions? 60 cents extra. 1 sauce is free, but if you need an extra it costs 50 cents. Needless to say I over paid for what I had ordered because half the things I paid extra for I didnt get. And it took over 35 minutes to get it. I wouldnt recommend this place unless you have an hour or so to spend and you dont mind spending money on stuff you dont get.

New, open 2 weeks ago. Good location as its easy to get in and out. Pumps layed out well and little wait time if extremely busy. Ive never waited. But suggest they have a [people person] on front register.

I usually love this location. This morning one person in the drive thru waiting. Ten minutes or more later still waiting. I had to leave. The drive thru time here is too long. I go another location not as slow.

This location was closed tonight.... even though they have 24 hours signs on all the entry doors. Guess they couldn’t be bothered to put up a temp closed sign.

Refuse to sell me food that they have they even checked for the food but refuse to sell it!!! Talk about lazy

Showed up at 11pm and was in line for OVER and hour. The guy in there would walk to the window then walk away to do something else. And even when you got to the window him and this other woman were running registers. If its busy like this then GET MORE STAFF. Even when I got my food it was super soggy and greasy . I am HIGHLY disappointed in the service at this place. Only the Chester sheetz will be getting service from me from now on.DONT TAKE THE DRIVETHRU

I really like the sheets out here on Wagner Road because it offers drive-up service. You place your order, you pull up to the window, pay, and the staff bring to the window what you ordered that does not have to be just food. Excellent service to offer, and my favorite is their slushies.

I must say, for my first time at any Sheetz, I was impressed compared to my regular pit stop in Petersburg. I filled up my gas tank at 2.24, lowest I saw or comparable. I then went inside, found lottery machine. I used the touchscreen to order a light snack. Instead of burgers, ordered chili dogs combo, included fries and get your drink. I rarely eat hotdogs anymore, they were great. Fries were very thin cut, also good. They also have a seating area that looked clean, took my food out. Order took a little time, but I attributed it to figuring out their system, I will be back, when in town.

Waited to ring me up open the drawer and then tell me oh no change. Im not from here so why did I have to forgo my change and you get free money? Please explain this to me any other place takes the lost not the patron.

A wonderful place for a traveler in need! I slept soundly and safely for a few hours. Used the restroom - super clean - got coffee, but forgot my purse in the restroom and the staff ladies brought it to me. So kind! So very very kind and thoughtful. You guys are the best! ( just filled up with gas too - what a good stopping place.)

Very slow tonight. Love getting their sliders a huge food selection. Bathroom clean with soap. Well sliders were ok not bad. Definitely had better at other locations

This is a new Sheets. I was surprised at how dirty it was. When I travel, I plan the route and stops at Sheets. Sounds strange but I do. I have been to stores in 4 states . The bathrooms in this one were to dirty to use. Not an exaggeration. We left and went to a truck stop I know down the road. I will be on this route for the next few months. I know where I will not be stopping.

We stopped by to grab something to eat on our way from work. Halfway through the burrito, we found a bread wrapper inside it. Not very appetizing at all.

Just recently opened as of 07/11/2017. Can get a little busy at the gas pumps, as its near an exit. I have not had a problem with MTO food or customer service. Well stocked and clean. Has a drive through, which other area Sheetz do not.

I ordered a wrap with fries no one was there but there were 3 cooks making noise and laughing like they were at a club. I should have taken a nap by that time my food would have been done. Professionalism I dont think anyone at this location knows that word.

I waited over 40 minutes for a burger and fries. I know food is made to order there, but the place wasnt packed. I only get 30 minutes for a lunch break. Forty minutes is just unacceptable. I told the cashier never mind because I wouldnt have time to eat anyway. They gotta do better with food service if they really want to continue to compete with WAWA and other food choices in the immediate area.

Waited half an hour for two subs. Granted its their 1st day open. Ill give them 3 stars for now since they refunded my money for both subs without me complaining or asking.

The girl that work at night at the food part is very rude. They forgot part of my order and I told them and one girl was about to make it then she told the other one the situation, she came to me and said it wasnt in the bag? I said No she walked away without another word and started making somebody else order.! The tonight we tried again and they gave us part of our order again and said they forgot.. But the other employees are pretty nice.

Clean bathrooms, quick service on the MTO food, and able to be in and out and back on the road smoothly. Cashiers appeared overworked, and overall potentially short-staffed this shift.

I love this place! The staff rocks! They are always so sweet and helping! 5 stars for sure!

Opens today June 21 2017. It takes time to open a new store. A year ago this place was just an empty field. Congrats Sheetz. Great food. Really recommend the breakfast sammies. They are fresh and not frozen heated up like WaWa down the street.

4.19.18 6:00 pm I walk into Sheetz to purchase gas, no one is in the front, but there are two employees in the back. I catch the eye of the young lady ( she may have been working the window) so after she is finished having her personal conversation with the other male employee and after three other people come behind me, she decides to come do her job.So we finished the transaction and I say thank you. The sheets employee..... not a word. I say it again, this time looking her in the eyes....her words mmmhmm.All I have to say is wow, Sheetz is this customer service?So I decided to leave get my gas and go, I called the store and ask for a manager or supervisor- 15 mins later I am writing this review because no one came to the phone. I will never go to another Sheetz again. I rather pay Shell prices at least they speak back! RUDE! FYI I SENT THIS TO CORPORATE!

This location can stand for many improvements...This Sheetz location seems to constantly have problems with their coffee section. Many times the coffee pots are empty with no one at the store aware. Also, their flavored creamer dispensers are broken about half the time I visit. (which is usually around 10pm). As a result I end up asking for a refund of my $1 refill purchase and go visit the Wawa three blocks away.While the Sheetz food is very good and tasty I have also noticed this Sheetz kitchen is very very slow on orders.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I asked for 2 shots of espresso in a larger cup with a little ice and they brought me a 16 oz drink. I repeated my order and told them it should only be about 2 inches of liquid. They brought me the same drink and told me that it depends on the settings of the machine. I offered to show them how to make it since they clearly dont understand and they gave me my money back and threatened to call the police. I am never going to Sheetz again!

Its hard for me to dislike a Sheetz but this one is always a pretty miserable experience. This Sheetz was just build and I think the team in charge of planning the layout of the parking lot and the store itself were having a bad week. The drive thru is awkward and weird, the parking lot entrances and exits weird and dont feel natural and the layout of the store is horrible. When you first walk in it feels like you are in the middle of a giant empty room. There is SO much empty floor space it looks as if they havent finished setting up the store yet. Obviously none of these complaints warrant a one star rating, but my experience this morning does. The cashier had a lengthy personal conversation with two people in line while ringing people up which I found incredibly rude. All I got was her telling me my total because she was too busy asking someone what they did last night. Unacceptable. But after waiting in line for what seemed like forever I went to wait to pick up my food. Which clearly is treated the same as the check out line. Two people who came in and got in line after me received their food a full four minutes before I did. Ive never been in a Sheetz EVER and had to wait any length of time for a veggie wrap. The lack of customer service and the obvious careless attitude towards time are truly unacceptable. Its a shame when a new store gets staffed with the wrong people.

Fix your system. Im tired of clicking the Yes, lets do it button for a combo and paying the extra price just to be told that they dont see a combo listed on my reciept so I cannot have a drink unless I buy one. This has happened multiple times, yet only at the Petersburg location.

Very disappointed. I got a Philly cheese steak. The sub (bread) was crushed an incapable of holding the filling. When I picked it up 3/4 of the sub fell out all over.
