I ordered screw caps on April 15th, I was told I would have May3rd,then was told May 10th,then was told May May 12th and I still do not have them but they have my money.Very unreliable in keeping their promises.

My contractor purchased decking broads from Ragsdale to build a 16 by 26 deck. The deck was built and it looked good until the sun hit it, There is sap coming out of every broad, asked if it was anything they could do to replace the broads and the answer was no because they had already been in stalled. This is not good business.

Went for first time today, very helpful and a true lumber yard with real dimensions of needed boards and a great showroom packed with stuff, old school service and layout for sure, but if youre not big on glitz this is the place!!

Count your lumber when they load it, I made the mistake of not counting my lumber when the guys loaded it, got home and was short a few pieces.

This is an awesome store, the prices are good, the staff is friendly and helpful. The problem is, most people can never get in there! It closes at 5PM on weekdays and Noon on Saturdays. Not open at all on Sundays. I work bankers hours. For me to shop here I must race to get there Saturday morning. If I am working on a project, there is just no way I am going to work on the project, figure out what I need and get there for it.They really need to expand their business hours.
