Horrible service tried to sell me a stained mattress with a blood spot and tell me it was gently used. It clearly hadnt been cleaned. And then I look at a sofa set and it had dog hair under all the cushions. They are selling unclean furniture I will be contacting the better business bureau. This is the nastiest place I have ever been to. People need to know about this its just horrible. How many people have they done this to.

The furniture was very DISGUSTING and obviously not cleaned before being put up for resale.I opened the drawers and there were panties still in it. As a private contractor for fort lee I WILL NOT be shopping at any rent-a-center again if this is the quality of your service .

I was sold a used dryer that I was told was brand new and when I went to use it didnt work properly and when I went to go clean out the lint trap its was full of hair this is unacceptable and as a military personnel I am offended that this is the service I recieved

I don’t know what type of business they are running but I have been waiting a MONTH just for someone to come look at my recliner and to be honest I’ve been waiting longer than that to add a remote for my TV. They have poor customer service but be QUICK to knock on your door for paying a day after you have gotten paid! I’m OVER this store PERIOD. To add we pay on time and never give issues! We have communicated that the pay period falls the day after and we stated that BEFORE new management or whatever took place. So not paying could NOT be the issue.

Ive been requesting a refund for my money for 2 weeks now. $1400 for furniture I found cheaper somewhere else. I still have not received a call nor my money back.

I am a customer who pays on time and never give any issues. I absolutely love the manager Erica that works there she’s beyond kind and always makes sure I’m straight BUT THE MALE EMPLOYEES THERE ARE THE WORST. THEY ANSWER WITH ATTITUDES AND DO NOT HAVE ANY FORMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU DO BUSINESS HERE I WOULD ONLY SPEAK WITH ERICA. The employees there need to have a better attitude when answering the phones and dealing with customers in general. Hopefully it changes so I can continue to use this store!

Horrible. Unprofessional at an all time high. The manager lady was catching an attitude for me asking about the products. Mind you, they just opened at 10am. I entered at 1009 am. Why come to work with a stupid attitude. They wont ever get my service.

You rent over priced items. Im not going to say anything else.

Furniture has Bed Bugs Right on them. when you come into the store employees act like they do not clean anything. Very horrible foul smell when you walk thru the door.
