I don’t normally leave reviews but had to this time for the absolutely outstanding service provided by Jamie and his co-worker, I was expecting 3-6 guys to turn up and lift the tub out as i’d presumed they were pretty heavy but only 2 guys turned up so I was already a bit skeptical on how they would move it.However the surprise I got when they picked it up onto its side on their own and moved it out of my garden without a hitch was unbelievable, I’ve never seen something seemingly very difficult made to look so easy!Not to mention the fact that the tub received zero damage in the process and it was all said and done and on the back on their van in well under 30 minutes!I cannot recommend this company enough, to anyone looking for somebody to relocate their hot tub look no further; the best service, communication and price around, 0 complaints.10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Do not order tubs from this company. After a fault with a brand new tub, i tried contacting them for support only to be ignored for 3 months and then when they do say a date to come and address the issue, they just didn’t turn up at all and didn’t let me know either. They then proceeded to block me from messaging them and accessing the site. Bunch of con artists. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. Would put 0 stars if i could…

Peterborough Hot Tubs were a pleasure to work with. They gave me a really reasonable quote in a short response time, which was perfect as we wanted the move done ASAP. They communicated with us well all the way through and always kept us up to date. We even had a minor issue in the day which was quickly resolved by them and I can honestly say their service was top tier. Would definitely recommend!!

Top service, we had a collection and delivery of a second hand hot tub scheduled with them.On delivery to our address we had a minor issue with getting the hot tub through the side passage over a gas box. Wasnt a problem for them, the boss/owner came back and built a ramp so that we could get the hot tub into position. Nothing was too much trouble. We are even having them back to clean/service and get the tub ready for use.

We highly recommend this family run business. They have helped move many hot tubs for our customers on relocating to new property’s. never been a job to big for them. We have now personally bought a tub ourselves form them.All the best

We used Peterborough Hot Tubs in order to transport a tub from Werrington to Yaxley. The communications between us and the business were fine at this point.Long story short the tub took about 3 hours to move from the drive to the garden. It also needed us to call on friends and family to assist the two lads with moving the tub on a skid mat. A concrete post had to be cut out and part of a garden wall had to be knocked down. The tub has also picked up some damage with deep scratches where it has scuffed against the wall.** A survey should have been conducted by the company to ensure it could be moved **The two lads that turned up with the tub were absolute troopers so hats off to them! They really gave it there all and my comments are by no means a pop at them! I honestly dont know how they managed to deal with the tub between them!The tub was left in the garden on its side on the basis that we could have them re-attend a few days later to lay it down onto a new base.We tried for a few days via messenger (they were read but not responded to) and made phonecalls to arrange this, but they didnt call back or reply to our messages. We feel that we were seriously let down by the company having been told that as soon as we paid we would get a call to arrange the completion of the job.On speaking to other people it appears that this isnt the first time they have dumped and run.I also find it strange for an established company to have there review feature on Facebook turned off.Unfortunately my one and only experience with this company hasnt been the best and as a result we will not use them in the future.

Peterborough hot tubs relocated our spa to our new home, they travelled to from Peterborough to Nottinghamshire to do so. They delivered a very professional service and they went above and beyond expectations by helping to rebuild the gate we’d taken down to get the hot tub out of the garden. Can highly recommend.

Only by chance came across Peterborough Hot Tubs via social media. Both Charlotte, Jamie and Dan work hard to make the experience a 5 star experience. Nothing was too much trouble, even answering daft questions at daft times, or answering/returning calls. Everything was done same day and nothing was left unanswered. We bought a second hand tub and at no time was there any push to buy new which was quite welcomed.

Had these guys move my tub I brought second hand was very good and then had them do a service on the tub make it all clean and like new and it looks fab will defo use them again I even some times phone Jamie up and ask questions and he will all way give me the advise I need and also they do not try to sell you stuff you dont need very happy with the service see you soon

Brought a hottub from james second hand we have enclosed garden so james got his crane guy to come same day as it was delivered so quick prompt service, when we got the electric from the house to tub and realised the heater wasnt on james even though tub was second hand still came out with a new heater element and hey presto we have a fully working lovely hottub :) this is going to help me as I have chronic pain so this is going to be well used and loved and cant thank james enough x

Our hot tub broke :( we contacted Peterborough hot tubs (the company we got it from went into liquidation) explained that it wasn’t working and it wasn’t purchased from them but Jamie was extremely helpful and came out 1 week later to fix it for us...very professional, helpful and polite - highly recommend them!

Dont normally do these reviews but wanted to say thanks to the lads at Peterborough used hot tubs. Wanted one of these for the last few years but was put off with the lack of knowledge of set up, running costs, Maintenance etc. These. Guys helped with everything from dropping it off getting it in the very awkward garden setting it up and then put me at ease with a contact number for 24/7 support. Great job guys highly recommended
