They are, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced but, they dont carry specialty products & after my boss had some equipment, serviced I found that a Carburetor Diaphragm Boot was, old, torn, still leaking & full of debris & tarnished fuel particulates.The, Leaking fuel & Bogging down is why it was brought in the first place‼️🤷‍♂️I give 3 stars for this, annnnnd... The Money 💵 my boss is out for sumpin thaaaaaat shouldve been, Caught, Replaced, Addressed & Completed for a business that, Claims They Do Repairs & Services.On the flip side of this business... They do carry an, Superb selection of Superior, Popular, Quality line of Power Products & like Ive said, a, knowledgeable staff to assist you with when choosing what equipment youll be needing for the tasks involved.

I hate to compare a hardware store to a specialty store. But I was told to go to the local hardware store for a service kit for a string trimmer. And they recommend Larsengines. Ive purchased other equipment so I was familiar with them. They have what you need. They service it. They have the parts. And its top of the line. Priced right. They know what it is. What it does. And they will have what you need. You wont be upsold. Professional and respectful. My kind of place. Check hour and days of the week. I highly recommend them as the place to go

Brought in my mower to Lars. Took two weeks to put on new tires which they overfilled and burst off the rims as soon as I got home. Almost $300 to put on tires I purchased online. Looks like they left the mower out in the rain too. Wouldnt start for days until it dried out. And they were rude. Never doing business with them again. Save your time and money, go somewhere else.
