Honestly I wasnt impressed with the Petaluma location. They were understaffed and the few that were working were pretty rude. Everyones allowed a bad day though! Also the store was messy and understocked.

The were playing Empire of the Sun when I walked in. Lots of interesting props to pick from, sunglasses, accessories, makeup and other random items. Different themes lined up row by row from pirate, to OUT OF SEASON holidays which was really cool, unicorns, pirate ships, Poker, Luau.....not much you cant find here.

Good COVID safety procedures. Curb side pickup available. Decent selection of cartoon characters and general rainbow of decorations.

Best helium in sonoma county. The balloons from easter are still floating up at the ceilings.

Ordering online wasnt easy, the system felt a little clunky. But the curbside pickup was great. Even more amazing, these balloons we picked up at 1pm Saturday are STILL going strong Tuesday morning. Theyve been absolutely abused my my kids. Were really getting our moneys worth!

Ive visited the store twice since it opened in Petaluma. The staff was helpful and friendly both times. Their set-up for choosing and trying in Halloween costumes was very efficient.

As far as selection they have a lot but its a lot of low end stuff at high prices and when you ask someone for help they dont how to help or not caring, a little employee training to let them understand the items your selling would be recommended

Great place for decorations costumes, etc. However there were a couple of not very knowledgeable people that helped me over the phone.
