I had a very pleasant experience at this Michael Kors Petaluma. Janet the store manager assisted me and I cant thank her enough for her help. I look forward to coming back soon. Everything looked great. The girls were lovely too.

I have been here last Saturday very very Poor services a lot of employees BUT no one & nobody say hi to us we was taking pictures and walk around almost 20 minutes We had to us employees to help we need to pay for the bags we spend over six hundred cashSince we shopping all MK store never ever happened like this store. Other store the employees was very nice & sweet, today we’re going to MK store at Livermore the employees come to us with a beautiful & wonderful serviceThis store just open not that long how’s service like this I will tell all my friends and family NOT to shopping here . Hopefully my comment will help you improve your service
