Jacob was extremely helpful and efficient. Knowledgeable too. In fact, he made getting a new phone an enjoyable experience. That has not been the case for me in the past. Jacob managed to expertly circumvent problems caused by my old phone’s sudden breakdown and he answered all of my questions really clearly. He did all of that while being friendly and honest. I will return to his store again. Excellent service. He is an asset to AT &T.

John Wolf and Brad Dotto are the worse managers ever to exist. I am a regular for Andy and i found out they terminated him. He was being harassed and threatened by store manager John Wolf. Instead of john being held accountable they turned it around and terminated Andy. We are taking our services to Verizon now because of this.

Every time I have come into this store I have received excellent service from the manager, Max, and other employees. Max is a genuine, transparent, and helpful individual who ensures that his customers know exactly what options they have available to them. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning!

I had the best experience with the customer service her at AT & T store in Petaluma off McDowell. I was told by my aunt to find Andy Thongdy, who helped her the month prior. Luckily he was there and his service was above and beyond. His warm hospitality and knowledge was extremely helpful. He got me the best deals and even helped me with getting my monthly price to exactly what I can afford. He checked in with me during the week to make sure the internet was getting Hooked up in a timely manner and let me know as soon as my new phone arrived.Everyone at this store location was so sweet and helpful and I truly enjoying talking with them while waiting for things to get dialed in. Good people.With my internet hook up, Steven H, Splicing Technician, showed up the next day and fixed everything efficiently and fast. He was done within the hour and was so kind and generous in making sure I knew exactly what to do when the box arrived. When I was doing the hook up, he was available to FaceTime me and make sure everything hooked up fine for me.Hospitality and generosity from both Andy and Steven were more than I could have asked for. Best experience I have ever had with any phone company in my life.Big thank you to them both.

I was really surprised by how nicely I was treated and how friendly the staff was. I came in to get a new phone and it was one of the most painless phone purchases Ive had with AT&T. I was also able to come in a few days later with my own screen protector and an employee put it on for me free of charge.

My husband and I brought an elderly friend to this location after Target sold her a Consumer Cellular phone for $30 and assured her she could keep her existing AT&T plan. She purchased the phone at Target, given her fixed income, and belief Consumer Cellular was an ideal option for her. However, she was not told the Consumer Cellular phone could not be unlocked unless she purchased a plan through them and that her phone number would change. From the minute we entered this AT&T store, and explained the situation, Danny provided sincere customer service, even going as far as speaking with a Consumer Cellular representative in an effort to resolve our friends phone issue. Given his impeccable attention to our situation and genuine willingness to help, we purchased the very same phone at his store, for a little more than Target. HOWEVER, our friend was able to keep her phone number and absolutely no changes were made to her cellular plan/cost. Not only did Danny make sure we got exactly what we were looking for, he took the time to teach our friend how to use her new phone and entered her contacts for her! His patience and compassion did not go unnoticed and we cannot remember a time where we received such excellent customer service. This is the ONLY store one should go to in order to get help with their cell service/plan/accessories. Danny was amazing! When we asked how we could show our appreciation, he said he was happy to help and merely suggested we leave a Google review. Well done Danny...if only everyone in customer service offered half of the care you provided! Thank you!

OH MY GOD!!!! Ten stars for Max at the N. McDowell AT&T store. I put off going to upgrade my phone for over three years because of being traumatized from previous “upgrade“ experiences in store. He upgraded two phones for me, fully explaining every step of the way and made sure I was completely clear about all charges and trade in info. Not at all the “salesman” vibe. Just real honest caring customer service. Going to refer all of my friends and family his way for sure!!!!

Your store representatives Willis, Jacob, and Danny worked diligently assisting me with the process of transferring/acquiring an existing phone number. The process took 3 days and many hours due to the corporate protocols.Personally finding this a time consuming and frustrating experience all of the young men mentioned above working as a team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and calming in resolving this issue.

Danny was really helpful. The store was clean which made me feel really safe. He took care of all of my needs and I will be returning for further service in the future.

OMG!!! In November 2020 (on my birthday, the 17th!) the corporate store closed in my town (miss you Natalie and crew!) I went into the new franchise that took over and was treated with horrible rudeness! This forced me to try the other store in town, and I found one of the best things that has ever happened to me! Danny Duclos (Manager) and Jacob are simply awesome! I cant even tell you how many times we have been back for help, and they have solved every problem weve had! We have 6 phone lines on our account so you can probably imagine how many problems we encounter! I dont care anymore because I then have a reason to visit my favorite AT&T store and Danny (and crew!) Walk into the store just now and they tell me they’ll be right with me. Only 1 other customer and multiple reps. I wait 7-8 minutes and then the manager turns to me and says it will be another 10 minutes. No reasoning, nothing. Don’t waste your time here like I did.

Jordan helped me at the N. McDowell location in Petaluma. He was very thorough and helped me every step of the way. My previous phone was stolen in Mexico so he helped me close that phone completely out for security reasons and then helped me select a new phone with the right amount of storage, and a payment plan that worked perfectly. I really enjoyed Jordans customer service as he was patient, knowledgeable and didnt press a bunch of products on me although he did educate me on quite a few. Ill be back to that location for sure and hopefully will get to work with Jordan again.
