We are victims of the Tubbs fire. We called this establishment after spending the day looking for an electric generator. They called us back and gave us ten minutes to arrive at their store before they were leaving for the day - well before the posted closing time. We arrived to find they had closed and not waited the ten minutes. Poor business and terrible sense of neighborliness. Writing Honda to ask them to pull their authorized dealer status.

I went to this store to ask about repairing a power washer and the guy behind the desk was extremely rude. He said that he wanted $95 to tell me what’s wrong with the power washer. Okay.When I asked that does the $95 covers and how much he estimate a repair will cost, he flipped out (not joking) and told me to leave. And he said I was wasting his time??I am very confused how he is in business. I wish next person records his action and put on YouTube. This guy is serious weird.Bad Customer Service.Feb/2018

Had just recently purchased a pressure washer online and it was delivered damaged so i called manufacturer and this guy is supposably the idiot that they hire to do warranty work on them. So i call this guy and he says sure, bring it in and I will get to it when I we get it. I said ok because what else am I going to do. I had a job coming up in about a week and it took over 2 weeks to get the unit. After this guy said bring it in I start my 1 hour drive to his place of business.I walk into the place and inform the guy behind the counter wearing a scowl on his face like I had just woke him upfrom a bad dream, that i was the one in need of waranty work. He said lets go take a look at it and when I showed him the part that was damaged he then said to me that he would not work on it because I had only talked to an operator at the the manufacturer and he would not get $$Paid$$ even though they gave a warranty referance number he still said NO. But he did say return the unit to get a refund and then come back and purchase one from him. If i was dying of thirst i would not purchase a bottle of water from this guy. I dont even no how this idiot is still in business. Good luck to you if you decide to help keep this guys business afloat.

New to the Petaluma area and, well, even with two 1-star reviews previously, I have to give local small businesses a try...and I wasnt disappointed this time. Armed with the insight of the previous Google reviewers, I approached with some caution, but didnt need it. Bob eagerly met me at the counter, taking himself from a repair that was underway when I drove up. He researched my lawnmower blade needs and was clear about his ability to fulfill them with a better-than-OEM product (and I believe him). When I inquired further about other services - generator sales - he was informative and consultative to the point of providing a detailed explanation of the range of solutions that would best meet my needs. Yes, he did ask for my DL to put me into his database. Im not protective of that information since its more likely that someone will hack the DMV than this database. His parrot Precious is awesome and next time Ill bring the kids. Very good selection of both Echo and Husky products and Ill likely get my Honda generator from PPE.
