We had a great experience buying our car from Logan! He was helpful, human, and accessible throughout the process. He went the extra mile to get us exactly the car we wanted, and helped facilitate a fair transaction and a no pressure closing of the deal. We got to sign all the paperwork outside (which felt best to us due to Covid-19), and under a full rainbow no less. Props also to AC, who set us up with Logan, and the finance guy, who’s name I can’t remember at this moment. Love our new car, and will definitely recommend Logan to my friends.

Great car buying experience. I’ve bought Toyota’s previously elsewhere but decided to try a dealership a little farther away because I had negative experiences at our local one. I was not disappointed. AC and his crew were great. I had 3 people helping me- 2 sales and 1 finance. No one talked down to me or made me feel like I just got slimmed. Super friendly and helpful. It did take 2.5 hours which was the only downside. If they could streamline things a bit that’d be helpful. I knew which car I wanted and sent in any required docs ahead of time so it should’ve gone much faster than it did. Overall, very happy with my experience.

There were plenty of times to select for an appointment. The people with whom I spoke were knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I was in for the first oil change on a new vehicle and they discovered one tire had a nail in it. They discovered it and were able to get a special tire the same day for the repair. Cost was competitive.

I went to Hansel Honda not knowing if I was going to buy or lease a car. My sales associate, Kevin Williams, was extremely knowledgeable and listened to my concerns; he was a delight to work with! He educated me on leasing versus buying a car, and helped me work within my budget. Before driving off in my new 2020 Honda Accord, Kevin explained all the different systems with my new car (there is a lot!). I was very impressed with the professionalism at Hansel Honda, and I highly recommend them.

Took my Lexus in to have my wheel diagnosed since it was making noises and vibrating a little. They said it possibly could be the wheel bearing going out but its not consistently making the noise.I have dashcam that records while the car is turned on. The whole time the car was in the shop, they left the car running which is how my dashcam recorded everything.After reviewing the footage, I found that the mechanic only did a partial visual inspection and did not even remove the tire to check my break pads, as I had also requested, and to see if they can determine if its something else causing the noise.They were going to charge me $180 for an hour but they only took an half hour ($90) and stopped without what I feel like would have been a proper examination and that is taking the wheel off to examine the breakpads and the shape of the disc and bushings and such!I would have been happier if they had took the $180 and did a proper diagnosis of my wheel instead of playing a guessing game! This is why I am giving this location a one star and obviously, I wont be going back for anything else!Why is it that we now have to have video cameras everywhere at all times to keep people honest?!?!

FIVE STAR SERVICE in every way. Exceptional job of sanitising my vehicle before AND after service. Service agent Jaime was very personable, polite & professional and my vehicle was done in less time than estimated with a call to let me know. EVERY service centre should be this professional.

We were treated excellent. Hansel had a vehicle that was hard to find and they still treated us fair. Most of the other dealers we contacted wanted more money for the hard to find Toyota Tacoma we wanted. Other dealers wouldnt honor the Costco discount but Hansel did. It is a very nice facility and the staff was very professional. I would give two suggestions to anyone buying a vehicle1 The Costco discount is available for the extended warranty. This was lost at the finance stage and we had to bring it up to get a considerable discount on the extended warranty. The first price we were given was without the discount!2-Thoroughly inspect the vehicle. our vehicle had a dent in it that they didnt catch. Once we found the dent, they were very professional and are going to take care of it at a later date.Thanks Keenan(salesman) and Gary(finance manager) for the customer service, it is greatly appreciated!

I went yesterday to get a payoff paper from a 2020 car lease that I have and I needed this paper from them to take it to my bank. The guy that helped was really rude and didnt really let me explain to him what we needed. I had talked to someone where i got the car from (orange county) they told me a prize and when I asked here in Petaluma they gave me a whole different prize ($4,000) difference. When I told them what They had told me in the other place he said we were crazy and to bring him the person that said that so he could explain what it really was. He did not let us explain. I wouldnt go here again!

When I arrived to drop my car off to get serviced they were super busy, however, the wait did not take long and once I got to Brandyn, she was so nice, warming & welcoming. She took care of everything I needed and helped price me out to better plan for the future. My car wasn’t cleaned/vacuumed bc of COVID which I understand, but it’s always something I look forward to when dropping my car off for a while. Within 2 hours it was ready for pick up. When the man got out he took with him a seat cover & steering wheel cover, to assure he was not spreading germs where I would now be sitting right after him. Great service continued even during such a strange time.

There was no wait when I arrived at my designated time. I was given a print out for the next appointment for a heads up as it will be over $1,000. 120,000 Mile check up The only not so great was I never got called when my car was ready. My daughter was taking me and because I was not called I finally called at three. I had a 10:45 appointment. This is an issue because with a late pick up my two young grandchildren needed to go with us to drop me off.

Wow I cant believe they actually did this. What SCAM Artists. by accidently charging me only part of the sales tax in the contract they were able to offer an attractive price of 2k less. BUT guess what now they realized the mistake and want their 2k 2 months later and me not realizing they make you sign a paper saying you cant take them to court. I guess this is a common scam and people usually hide it under the rug and just pay it.

The staff at the front desk in the service dept are always friendly, fast, knowledgeable and efficient. The work done to the car is good, just what is needed, and if there is anything else needed they always inform me and contact me at home if needed to get my permission to do the added work. The cost of the work is always the same as what they initially estimate the cost to be, so there are no surprises when I come to pick up the car.

We met a private party seller at Hansel Toyota to have them inspect the truck we were looking to buy. It was a salvage title so we specifically asked the technician to inspect the framing and structure to be sure it was structurally sound. We spent a lot of money for them to do an hour of work. They found a lot of small things that needed repair, but didnt find any issues with the framing. We ended up purchasing the truck. A few months later, we had a friend driving behind us and they told us the bed of the truck was offset from the cab of the truck. We then took it to Maaco and they said the framing is damaged beyond repair. They said it was previously welded and not properly fixed. I called Hansel Toyota to see what they were going to do to resolve the issue because they should have noted the framing issue and the manager said they are not a body shop (which I understand), but the technician should have told me they were not qualified to inspect the framing of the truck. Needless to say, I will never go back there again and would not recommend that anyone else does either.If there was a no star option I would select that!

This Toyota Dealership is run very well, with the exception of the parts dept, which Im told seems to be attended by younger guys who maybe dont know their stuff. That is an area the dealership could improve.

First time I went I didnt have pleasant warm welcomed visit from a sales man. We called in and asked for a new salesman. We got Ivan this time. Went in to get my recall fixed, left with them telling me that I had a leak in my timing cover and would cost over $1,400. I went to get a 2nd opinion at a different place and they told me my car is perfectly fine. They also have had other people reporting the same issue with nothing wrong, It seems as though they are taking advantage of people during this hard time.
