Dont go here if you care about other people and yourown health because these folks dont believe in masks. They are arrogant and flaunting the law. NONE of the staff wore masks or kept safe distance when interracting. Try Ace Hardware first. Very helpful people there.

Its like Disneyland for pros and do it yourselvers!!! Everything you can imagine - way way way beyond the capabilities of corporate hardware stores like Friedmans and Home Depot! Very clean and lots of beautifully maintained inventory. And Im just a female senior citizen who was out to buy a little rake for my garden!!! I loved being there!!! Great staff too. And the biggest plus is buying from a family owned business.

My last visit, while walking by the managers office, I overheard two employees talking about their stock pile of guns and how theyre itching to take back their country. Yall quida for sure, so I left and chose to give my money elsewhere. BTW, the only oppression white men have ever experienced is the oppression theyve caused. Its not your country and youre not an endangered species. Turn off Qanon and read a book.

Incredible selection plus custom welding and cutting

This company is a joke. I run a big tree company and try to purchase locally in the communities we work in. I purchased 8 chainsaws which they took payment over the phone from my accounts department. They told me to come back in an hour so they could put the saws together. Upon my return they accused me of fraud and made a scene in front of the community I live in. I offered them a copy of my license and they still said I was trying to commit fraud. Why they took payment and waited my time I will never understand. Attacking my integrity is uncalled for.I will never recommend or do business with this shop again. Customers deserve respect and peoples time is valuable

Cool stuff. Good little hardware store. Good customer service. Their salvage yard has a lot of original artwork. Downside is that it is a little pricey.

Helpful, knowledgeable and carry an abundance of specialty needs, as well. Their metal shop is worth an admission price and its free.A dont miss hardware+ store

I wrote the initial review (below) a while back and wanted to update.The rude lady in the front now wears a trump 2020 mask. So not only is she still rude, she supports an autocratic criminal regime. If you wanted a reason to shop at another store, there you have it.Older review: Incredible selection of stuff. Hard to find items like REALLY old door knobs. However the staff are some of the rudest people around. I only go to this place as a last resort since I can’t deal with the horrid customer service. (this isnt a review after one visit. I am probably been there ten+ times and each time the people are super grumpy).

Do yourself a favor, do NOT go here if youre in a hurry. Especially if you need something from their backyard. Best to take it in measured doses. Its easy to lose track of time just wandering up and down the rows of whatever the hell you might need. Pack a lunch and take your gps.

I received the worst customer service Ive ever had here. Nobody was wearing nametags so I couldnt tell who was an employee and who wasnt. Both employees working behind the counter had terrible attitudes and when i asked for help finding a tap that I didnt see on the shelf they said it was right in front of me. Then they grabbed the wrong product and rang me up for it before I could even see what I was buying. I had to return it 15 minutes later because as I was driving down the road I looked at the tap and it wasnt what I asked for

I always wondered why people said, If you cant find a part at any other hardware store, you need to go to Masellis. They were right. What a dream store. They have everything you need.

I love this place. Its been my go to corner for projects and random parts. I gave it 4+ stars because you can find pretty much anything but need to spare time to find it..that being said theyre willing to help you find and build just about anything

They have stuff that you didnt even know you needed until you walked into the place. What a great store and great people. Take the kids and browse in the yard for an hour or two.

Best place around! like an old-style hardware store! Have a fair amount of hard-to-find things, and we also got pallet shelving here.
