This is the place to go if you need a random specific piece of hardware. They got tons of chrome and stainless steel bolts I used for my Harley. Way better selection than home Depot or Lowes. And they got all sorts of cool stuff in there too.

Definitely the biggest selection of country western clothing in Sonoma county. Lots of unique items as well. Great selection, friendly staff, not to mention the store is super clean.

Its a great store with lots of hardware and clothes and stuff for the farm and ranch only reason for the 4 stars was service was not up to par alot of young ppl that needs training in the products and where it is in the store.

This place is the best at customer service. Placed an online order and used a Wilco coupon. The discount was a $25 off promotion. Bought 3 items online. Went to pickup in the back drive up area. The package was ready to go, no nonsense.The merchandise picker did not find a plumbing fitting I had just seen the day before, so the credited the purchase price, but I lost the balance of my $25 coupon.I went to the front end manager and explained the situation, she put the items back into the order and was able to utilize my coupon credit.Happy customer, repeat customer.

Fantastic store with a lot of unique farm type supplies that arent available at the regular hardware store and has some stuff you wont find at Tractor Supply (which is a great store as well)

Rude employees high prices. Its right next to where I work or you couldnt pay me to go there. Very disappointing for a business here in Petaluma. Shockingly bad customer service. Two emotes were talking about there personal lives in the pet food isle and became obviously annoyed when I interrupted them to ask if they sold a brand... but I wouldnt mark them down just for that... it has been a consistently bad experience for me every time Ive gone (half a dozen times).

They seem to be a fully stocked store. Plants, clothes, bar-b-ques and more. Check them out.

I am stunned at the other reviews with claims of good service here... Ive been in a 1/2 dozen times and have yet to have an employee be able to tell me if they stock something (bolt, rope, hose, etc.) The usual answer is Im not sure, check down aisle... really? If you dont know find out or find someone who can. Thats the usual. Orchard, which was there before, suffered from poor customer service (employees didnt have much experience or knowledge of building materials, inventory, etc. ) but this takes it to a whole new level: abysmal. I cant speak to the farm supply side, perhaps these are folks that specialize in that area, but even then you would expect enough competence to address uncertainty over other stock items...

A well laid out store with a wide variety of high quality goods. Multiple breeds of chicks, farm supplies, in store dog grooming, clothing and jewelry, general hardware store items, garden center and decorations. Plants were of great quality and thrived.

Wow, I thought Tractor Supply was cool but the Wilco! I was amazed to see pullets in the store. And they loaded my dozen 2 cu ft bags of soil for me.

Was able to find what I needed easily and the staff was nice. checkout was great.

First time at Wilco, and I really wanted to have a great experience at this store because of the location. When I first walked in, I thought, wow, this is a nice place, and laid out nicely. I excitedly headed right to the garden section, not a ton to pick from, but all the plants were well taken care of and the lady working in that department answered all my questions. Prices are a little higher than lowes or home depot, but not bad. There are no carts in the garden section, so make sure to get one from up front. I found a basket and loaded it up. The headed to the register. There was one lady who appeared to be working the register, as she was standing behind the register in her Wilco uniform, however she refused to make eye contact with me or communicate with me, which was odd. I was the only one standing there, waiting to check out, for about a minute, not realizing I was not even in the line. Then more people started coming up (who had shopped there before) and knew that there was an official line. Finally a cashier arrived and started checking people out. The funny thing is, as I was waiting in line, other people were doing what I did, but luckily I was there to help guide them to the line as the lady was still standing there ignoring customers and I was now 4th in line, so I had time to help out.Now, it was my turn to check out. The plants that rang up were about a dollar more that the prices marked on the containers. Some of the containers wouldnt ring up at all. I pointed out the price difference, but there was nothing he could do about it, and since there were only three employees in the whole store, I just let it go as I felt bad for the guy who was working really hard trying to get the line of customer out the door.

I am so regretful that I never stopped in here before. I love this place. Because where can you find baby chicks a screwdriver, plants, pet food and many bird feeders. Everyone should come in here, the employees are helpful and curtious.

I especially like the clothing department at this store. A large selection and very helpful people.

Lots of cool stuff at not so cool prices. I was in for about an hour just checking out what they had. Didnt see to many sales associates on the floor, and unfortunately i was never asked if i needed any help or had any questions at all for they entire hour i was there. Store looked super clean and is very well laid-out. The cashier was super polite and seemed pretty knowledgeable though.In their defense they did just open in December and may not be at full capacity as far as employees go.

Very clean place the staff were all extremely helpful and kind and answered all my questions. The parking is easy and convenient right of the 101. They have a huge selection from clothes to pet supplies to gardening and everything in between. Very open layout and amazing selection.

Only place in the Bay Area I could find a proper irrigation shovel. However they didn’t sell basic hardware like Simpson tie plates or round nail stakes and the employees didn’t even know what those were…

They have Ivermectin, the safest instant cure for covid in early stages before inflamation develops.Otherwise quite pricey in there.

Petalumas Orchard Supply Hardware was recently replaced by Wilco. Unfamiliar with Wilco, I went in to give it a try.Wilco is a chain store and they had a really great inventory - much better than Tractor Supply (also a chain store). But, I was disappointed by Wilcos prices.Surprisingly, Wilcos prices were either the same as or higher than our own independently owned and local Rivertown Feed & Pet Store.If a chain store is going to have the same or higher prices than a locally owned store - it is always best to support a local business!!!

Interesting selection of clothing and pet supplies. While I am not interested in those, I am interested in tools and building supplies and they have a good assortment of those too

This newer store to Petaluma had everything we were looking for, and so much more for our gardening and animal needs. Check out the baby chicks right when you walk in if you have kids with you, or, yknow, you just want an overload of cuteness.

This new store is so much fun they got all kinds of incredible pet food stuff, with a mixture of a general store all kinds of tools that you could need really clean nice easy Flow and the customer service is amazing I had the best time. Hes not coming back I hope you go in and enjoy the new store.
