Very rude employees. Asked for help multiple times and was told to figure it out. Managers are very rude and not helpful. I’ve been threatened too many times here

The employees here are always willing to help, answer questions, give great hair coloring guidance, and are very friendly. Ive never been disappointed.

Came here to buy Manic Panic semi permanent hair dye. I liked that they had several colors though my only suggestion would be for it to be up higher since I almost missed it. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Its really a great store, they have just about everything you can imagine in the way of hair care.

Call you a b*&$^ behind your back, charge you more than once for your yearly card subscription and sells you items that do not do what you ask. I will take my money else where thanks. I also saw this manager at a restaurant and treated everyone else in line including staff very horribly. It is no wonder she treats her customers like garbage.
