My mom does her grocery shopping here! She claims they have some of the best produce and best prices in town. I had no idea..but if anyone would know it would be her...so there you go! Target has become her one stop shop for pretty much everything.

Typical Target store - all the stuff you would expect at this chain. I particularly like to grab stuff in their grocery section. You can get good deals on boxed foods, and there’s some decent produce. Love the furniture and some of the women’s clothes (I like A New Day and Xhilaration brands); baby clothes in here are so cute! There’s also a good selection of make-up and toiletries. There’s a CVS Pharmacy, Cafe and Starbucks inside as well. The employees seem a little rough around the edges lol but overall a clean well organized store. Driving to this complex can be a little tricky. Be safe when coming in and out as it’s right near the freeway. PS there’s a Tesla charging station in this complex.

If you dont intend to answer your phone why not just say so rather than put us through English and Spanish recording pretending to direct our calls only to have the call dropped. After several of these calls and much wasted time Ill go elsewhere

My Target store has everything I need, and, if they dont, I can order it and pick it up! It makes things so easy.

Great to see young people jumping into action with lots of energy and smiling faces. They were great. The line moved quickly for pick-up and everyone was moving happily! Love to see all this at the holidays. Thanks for making shopping easy and enjoyable!

Went to the service desk to return a shirt and was pleasantly surprised by how speedy, helpful, clear one of the team members was, I believe her name was Maggie. Employees like this are what make businesses great.

This store is so quiet, you can hear a pin drop. Where js the music? The one bright spot is the cheery woman cashier who sings while she works. I find the lack of music off putting.

If I can give a zero I would because I drove all the way from Santa Rosa to buy a tablet for my stepson and this Caucasian guy with curly haired in the electronics area didnt want to help me out. He tried to tell me that they didnt have the tablet that I wanted, was trying to ignored me by helping other customers first, even pretended that he went in the back to check when I watched him went around the isle. Im very disappointed because before I drove out there I already confirmed with the Target in Santa Rosa that they should have 12 in stock. If youre a minorities becareful of this target.

I wish there was an option to give this store a 0 star rating. Wow what I just experienced on the phone just asking to buy a product from target is beyond me. I talk to a girl Rebecca who should not have a job right now. I asked about football cards and if the vendor was there today. The girl was so rude and unprofessional. She said Im not going to tell you anything about the cards and even if I wanted to I wouldnt. My boss told me to say it this way. When I asked to speak to her boss she hung up on me. A customer trying to buy something. I will make sure I come by just so I see if this girl still has a job and if she does maybe her boss is the problem.

Yes I am giving the five stars not to the store but to a very helpful young lady named Hannah who answered the phone for me after trying to get a hold the store for 30 minutes she happily answered and helped me find what I needed she was very sweet polite and was telling me she was sorry because no one else answered the phone for 30 minutes and I told her it wasnt her fault she was doing her job its the stores fault and that I was going to take care of aint going to know that their customer service is terrible as far as answering any phones cuz not one phone was answered in 30 minutes at every Department I tried which is terrible for customer service just letting you know you need to up your game in answering phones in your store Hannah is a great employee shes a sweet girl who deserves some recommendation a pat on the back and told that she doing a great job I do not know the girl or I have not ever met her but she was very nice to me on the phone and helped me to succeed in my purchase thank you Michelle Luna

I wish this place had better service, the employees seem really disengaged and dont seem to care if you ask a question, or even if you steal anything. When you ask whos in charge, no one even knows if theres anyone in charge. Almost every contact I have with employees at this location is extremely unprofessional. For example, today I found out the front end manager have been with the company for a grand total of 9 days. its like the target management dont even care if we get good service or not, there must be some giant culture problem with the employees and or the hiring at this location.

Some time you can get better deals than Costco, especially when they have buy 2 get $5 target card.

I was never a Target shopper until one opened in Petaluma that I started shopping there and now its my place to go.

Self-Checkout is great... Only had a few checkouts opened and they had long lines.. self-checkout was under-utilized, so I jumped into that 1-person line. Easy, fast efficient !

I am Hard of Hearing almost Deaf. I had two employees go above & beyond to help me with using sign language. Not many places do that. I wanted them to get a big thank you & praise from it.

Cashier was very nice.Would be 5 stars except that the paint marking the 2 EV parking spots has nearly completely warn away and gas vehicles were parked in them. Conversely, the online pickup spaces are very clearly marked and no one parks in them, so if they could re-paint the EV spots so it’s clear they’re reserved for EVs that would allow us to shop here more often.

2 the wonderful security of target in washington petaluma and to the sales lady who help me find my cellphone... im so thankful that my phone was return in to me after the security got out from store and was looking for me to return my phone. I was gonna go home and just call Verizon with sad feelings without my phone.But i do appreciate this sales lady’s and the security. Thank you ai much from the buttom of my heart. This happened yesterday around 1-2 pm. Thank you again🙏

The young man cashier that checked me out was courteous, friendly, gracious, personable, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. He looked me in the eye and was genuine. I believe his name was Isaac.

I have had pretty good customer service experiences here. There is often a wait in electronics but when they get to you they are very helpful. I also like the layout of this target it is really easy to navigate.

Two hours order pickup, take them 4 hours to get ready for you. Lady manager at customer service also argue its 4 hours for pickup, on your order is two hours for pickup. Lazy all of them.

Electronics Dept is lacking in customer service or any service for that matter. I chose to call from my phone in the store to get assistance as I saw the boy that works there talking to his co-worker bout 5 isles down instead of doing his job. I dont recommend shopping at this target

When I asked them to page the owner of a HOT car with 2 dogs locked inside, I was told that it was not their policy to page anyone. Good thing that the dogs werent children. I am unlikely to return to Target. I would rather pay more and shop where the owner has a heart.

Wait time to pick up order. Every time I online order with in store pick up, it takes longer to wait in pick up line than it would take me to walk through the store, grab item, and check out normally.

Numerous employees walked by me or I rolled my cart by them...NOT ONE WORD, of help, politeness (Hi! is all it takes). Also, there were items out of stock in the grocery section along with missing tags on pricing for merchandise.

Aisles were a little cluttered - those huge red basket end cap contraptions choking up some lands - also a lot of items just lying in the aisles. Friendly staff and fair selection.

Have tried to return stuff to the Petaluma target and every time I get nothing but grief from Nancy T. She is extremely rude. She makes me feel bad about returning something and not having the receipt. She actually didnt even let me return a gift I got because it was over $70. I asked if I could just get in store credit and she said no. I did not need two jumpers for my baby. They are so large. She made me feel like I stole it. She put me in tears. There is no need for this kind of customer service. I ended up going to another target to return it with no problem. DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING HERE IF YOU SEE NANCY T. SHE IS OLDER WITH SHORT BLONDE HAIR

Target Petaluma is so easy o get around and the staff far exceeds the store in Novato. More selection and more organized are he rope but they had floor personal home were bot afraid to speak up and help out when I got frustrated. Way to go Petaluma!
