Service 1st time and not clear on where to start. Pull up and nobody around, door says Cadillac so walk in but nobody greets me until I walk up to counter to ask if I am in the right place. 3 guys sitting there nobody moves. Very disappointed even after asking if I am in the right place. Its like pulling teeth to find out where Im supposed to be waiting outside with car or inside. 1 person knew what to do the rest seemed lost. At this point, I wish I bought another Nissan. Nissan fantastic customer service, they hustle, friendly and they actually act like they are happy to get my service. Please get help from Nissan of Vacaville and Northbay Nissan for better customer service. Customer Service is so important its what helps people like me want to buy another new car from a company who is happy serve.
First time ever going there for service... three guys sitting at a counter when you enter and all are too busy to greet you. What happened to service advisors greeting you when you pull up. The guy on right looked up, but picked up the phone to make a call. Do they realize we do have a choice. Extremely disappointed in this dealership as it all starts at the front door. My grade is Failed and I immediately left knowing its all down hill from there. Car brand new so under service contract, but rather drive than go here.
