Great customer service. If parts not available, they check other store locations. If you can wait one day, they will have it shipped over from another location. If its not in stock and you need it same day, they will call other businesses for you and track down the part! Extremely happy with this store and its location.

Even when things go south the crew at pet napa are on top the game in Sonoma county slot of these other shops part houses are adad state indeed we can give that to are stupendous government. .

Needed a Sensor. Was given the wrong one. Came back to exchange next day and was told they don’t take back electrical parts. Told them this was on them and it wasn’t even used (couldn’t even fit truck). Exchanged it and then was charged 7 more dollars for part that does fit. Pretty disappointed

Kenny the manager is a completely unprofessional individual. I do not understand how he has a management position when he tells you to look for your parts somewhere else. The other employee there has more customer service skills then he does.And I find it hilarious that he needs to review his own store. See below
