I called a rep to discuss some of their options in a bit more detail and they were extremely helpful. After placing my order, I received my custom engraved aluminum portfolio in only a few days. They have amazing turnaround time. Upon receiving it though I noticed some slight imperfections in the engraving. The rep I spoke with followed up with me as soon as I got it. I explained to her the imperfections, sent her a few pictures and the next day she told me that they would be sending me a replacement shortly. I got the replacement shortly after. It was perfect! The staff at Pina Zangaro was so helpful and so prompt through each step of the process. I will be recommending them to my friends and colleagues.
