Lots of cool historic stuff! A bit pricey but no more than you would expect from a quality establishment. Parking, mid week, was easy.
Got to look at everything in the vault super cool fun thrift store to hunt for treasures in
Always satisfying to visit this 3 stories antique store. One can spend hours going through all little treasures and feel like something still got overlooked. No better place to find a unique gift for sophisticated person.
Thousands of items each with their own story and history, from dozens of cultures across the globe. Visiting here without going downstairs is a crime- its a labyrinth and you could spend hours just exploring. 5000+ square feet in the basement.
As a lover of antiques I have been wanting to visit. Today was a terrible experienceFirstly they are not covid compliant, some of the customers and were not wearing mask. The whole places smells terrible like mold and dust. Much of it looks like it has never been cleaned. Stains and dust everywhere I didnt want to touch anything. No social distancing and not even hand sanitizer or signs anywhere. Ill be calling the health department this place is a huge health hazard. Avoid at all cost
Super friendly staff and amazing items! People say they’re expensive but they accept offers, and do layaway. I’ve had them give me a break on price lots of times. I’ve found things here more than once that no other antique store in the area had. Having an antique store of this size and diversity of items in Petaluma is such a great thing and people should support it. Just walking around in there looking at stuff is so interesting and a great lesson on history.
Amazing antique store! Definitely the best I have been to in the bay area! They have real 18th century antique furniture! I love it and will be back soon.
Awesome antique store! I usually cant stand walking around antique stores but this one was super cool: tons of interesting statues and paintings, lots of choices, and a beautiful interior. The entire 3 story building is full of interesting antiques. Very fun experience!
This place really stinks. Its a tourist trap that charges 5x the price of other antique stores in the county. If youre a normal person, youd be much better off visiting the various other antique stores throughout Sonoma County. I mean seriously, even if youre making six figures, this place is absolutely outrageous. Go elsewhere, there are TONS of other (much better) antique stores within 30 minutes of Petaluma.
I came in here to get a coffee table and walked out with an amazing drawing of an artist who lived in San Francisco and New England and painted many different cities that I have been to. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful with describing the offerings in the store. This is a destination place to take your friends from out of town to check out things outside of San Francisco. I would definitely suggest this place and Petaluma in general for any out-of-town visitors and for folks looking for to do something different in the Bay Area with visiting family and Friends.. I was really amazed at the drawing that I found and so happy that I found it and he just cant find Little Gems like this anymore.
Nice stuff but way too expensive. I dont feel like you can get a deal here. But there might be something youre looking for so check it out! Lots of art.
3 floors filled with excellent antiques
Vintage bank has three, very large flies of arts, antiquities, and more. The main level is easy to access, but you have to take stairs to the other floors. The main level had many sculptures, pierced of pottery, and furniture. The lower level abounds with books and paintings, with several small, offshoot rooms that you could easy miss if you take a whirlwind walkthrough. There is more of the same noted above on their third level. The quality is the items definitely varies greatly, but many pieces are worthy of a new home. The staff is very helpful. They will help you identify the collector selling the piece and try to get a discount for you.
Pretty cool place. They have tons of cool things. Youll definitely find something you like. Only downside is its pretty expensive.
Always find some treasure here. Wonderful displays. Can spend hours here.
Best jewelry and nice people lovely art...best rustic old smell keep it open
HUGE old bank building, full of antiques! Reasonable prices. Good jewelry too!
Such an amazing selection of stuff to buy, its more like a museum or art gallery but with reasonable pricing. Tons of fun just browsing the collections and enjoying the building, friendly staff, and clean facilities.
Huge space with tons of vintage antiques. Looks so wild. The building was American trust and beautiful.
Its mostly art w/ several antiques in cases on the first floor; the floor below is comprised mostly of books w/ several posters; and the third floor is almost completely works of art.
Great place to look for some antiques its like walking through a museum pretty awesome
Absolutely gigantic antique store. Really neat. Nice people.
Huge antique place with some great jewelry and furniture and china. There is an elevator and you can get around in a small wheelchair.
Great place to spend a while looking at a lot of stuff
Cute space, poorly presented items, eclectic prices
Great place to stop and get lost among the antiques. I spend several hours here gawking every time Im in Petaluma.
Omg - you have to see this place just for the interior. You get to wander all over this treasure of a building....including the vault and the basement board room. The man working there said it was a bank right up until it became an antique store so it didnt sit empty or have someone try to renovate it.
Lots of old paintings and good antiques lots of dishes Etc
Beautiful old building and many lovely antiques. High priced antiques.
Beautiful store and helpful staff.
Three floors of treasures. Good selection of old pocketknives, something close to my heart.
Three floors of unique artwork from around the world was really cool to see. The layout is a bit messy, there are things all over the floor and in the halls.
Many interesting things over there.
Beautiful building and awesome antiques
Three sprawling floors of stuff going all the way back to the 1500s!
Nice store. Very expensive
