Great sales people, great service department . General Manager Ken Credi is great to work with and makes sure you are happy with your purchase. This is my 2nd outlander and the best.

On July 2nd I was traveling from Chicago to Sublette IL in my 2012 Mits Outlander Sport. When I was on highway 80, a light came on my dashboard saying “ Transmission overheating please slow down “. Got off next exit where there was a Toyota dealership, they couldn’t help me because I didn’t have an appointment and frankly had no experience with Mitsubishi, “ So I was told”. Anyway, service girl contacted Mitsubishi dealer in Peru which was maybe 9 miles away. Spoke with service there and told them my situation. Of course they were only by appt also. After putting me on hold, the service person told me if I arrived before 3:30pm they will look at my car. Back on the freeway and after a couple miles my tire blows out..... UNBELIEVABLE NIGHTMARE!!! Pulled over called the dealership to let them know what was going on and told them I would be there as soon as I changed my tire. 95 degree weather changing a tire along side a freeway praying I wouldn’t get slammed by an oncoming vehicle. Finally showed up at the dealership looking like I had been in a struggle under water. Anyway, mechanic tech walks up and said to me “ Are you the guy with the trans problem and flat tire? “. Don’t worry, I will look at your car and do the best I can do. He did exactly that. Explained everything he did and told me to follow up with my dealership when I get back home. Don’t remember the techs name but, I’m so grateful he was able to turn this nightmare into a weekend with a silver lining. I swear if I lived anywhere near I would trade my Mitsubishi into that dealership for a new Mitsubishi just to give them the business. After all, my Bishi is paid for !!! Thanks so much guys..... you raaaawk !!!!
