Stopped in last week, ended up purchasing a cart. The service was outstanding. They were willing to work around my schedule to get it delivered on the weekend; they usually only do deliveries M-F. Sam explained to me everything I needed to know about my cart and was very helpful when it came to helping me choose what kind of cart would work best for me! I would recommend Beaver Creek Golf Carts to anyone in need of a golf cart!

Lady (so called owner/manager) was really rude!! Interrupted what I was saying and kept doing other things instead of listening and helping out. I had to just say thanks and walk out. Poor skills in customer service. Definitely don’t recommend coming to this location, i had to make the drive to the Joliet location from Peru IL.

All staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Their service was top notch and the turn around time was amazing! We will definitely recommend them to our family/friends and will use their services again and again.! Thank you Beaver Creek Golf Carts! You all ROCK!!!

This was our second trip here. First time customer service was poor. This time closed, however it was posted as being open. A small sign on a locked gate was the only notification. We traveled 40+ miles, doubtful well make that trip again.
