The 2 gentlemen who delivered the mattress and accessories were awesome. They were right on time, friendly and polite, very efficient and helpful. Im very happy I had them take out the old mattress as well, less thing to deal with. The only hiccup I had was when I called customer service to find out when they were arriving, the lady I spoke to was rather rude to me; stated they called and left a message and when I informed her I never received it she curtly replied, well they left a message for someone. Not what a person is looking for in customer service when you spend a good amount of money on furniture. But the gentlemen who helped me pick out a new bed and the delivery guys were awesome!!

I ordered a couch, loveseat and recliner at the end of October. I was told 10 to 12 weeks for delivery but would probably be sooner because this particular model was already ordered and in containers for shipment. I finally received my couch and love seat around January 5th. I’m still waiting March 15 for the couch. Excuses excuses is all I hear! Your running a business. Customer satisfaction should be your first priority.

Sherman’s has always given me a great experience. From walking in the door to making the delivery. Brad was my sales associate and he alway made sure that I was up to date on when my furniture was in. He even waived additional deliver when one piece of my sectional was on back order. First delivery phenomenal drivers were ahead of schedule and delivered carefully and efficiently. Today my delivery which was again ahead of schedule was equally amazing. I will always buy from Sherman’s. A+ service.

Well I just walked in and got told right away wait time would be 20 weeks for furniture. I said I’m not waiting that long and the sales associate slammed her mouse down on the table....done!!!! You lost out because I’m furnishing an entire 5 bedroom house!

The delivery guys were wonderful. They went above and beyond to get our furniture down into our basement. They even had to disassemble part of it to get it down. We are very pleased with the sofa we bought. In fact, we’re buying the loveseat to go with it.

Derrick Parker Jr. and Marlon Young Jr. were exceptionally good at installing our new washer and dryer. They have superior attention to detail, were extremely competent, provided incredible customer service, and were extremely pleasant. They took great pains to ensure walls and door frames were not affected. I have never had installers like these two install our appliances. They are the gold standard and if I ever have additional appliances delivered I personally will request them. I’d like to thank both of them for an exceptionally great experience. Everyone could learn from those two.

I got my two chest dressers delivered today and I absolutely love them. Very well made I know they will last a long time. The two guys that delivered them were very friendly and nice my twins were impressed. Big Tony and little Tony they were funny has well. When I need something i always go to my Ashley furniture in Peru il never had a bad experience.

The gentleman who delivered my couch were so friendly and funny. They even fixed my screen door that was broken before they arrived lolIt was set up quickly and it feels wonderful and looks beautiful.

The process from start to finish was smooth and efficient. We received notifications all morning, and were even able to track the delivery process online, which was extremely helpful considering we work during the day. We purchased a bed at Sherman’s and it came broken. The guys that came out to install pointed it out immediately which we greatly appreciated. After THREE phone calls to the service center and THREE weeks after initial install we finally received our new parts. We had different gentleman come out to install and all of them were great. (They’re the reason I’m giving extra stars)After purchasing almost our entire home’s worth of furniture and appliances over the years we are second guessing using Sherman’s after this experience. We had to continuously reach out to find out our status and found out the parts weren’t even ordered. Duplicate parts were ordered and we were charged and initially told we would be refunded for them. The second phone call we were told we wouldn’t get one and the lady told me she’d call back and never did. Finally after the third call we were told we would get a refund (which we haven’t yet). Extremely disappointed with this month long experience.

Messaged thru their website in the evening and they called first thing the next morning, they told me a technician would call me and he did, even at the time I had been told to expect the call. I had a couple of hiccups with the products I ordered (broken footboard & a box spring wouldnt fit up the stairs) but the guys were quick to show and explain the issue to me and call customer service themselves and had everything taken care of for me before they left. Luke and Renaldo, the two individuals who delivered our new refridgerator, were exceptional. They were not only ahead of schedule, but they took great care at every step to ensure that nothing was damaged or affected during the whole procedure from truck to kitchen. They were both exceptionally courteous, as well. They took the time, too, to do a full install, meaning that they not only unpacked the refridgerator, but undid all the inner packing, placing all the parts inside the unit in the proper place, then took them extra time to ensure the unit was level and that the doors had full clearance. These guys are pros, and they made this delivery as easy for me as it could be because they took care of everything. Bravo to Ashley for such EXCELLENT service.

We went in for a fridge left with a new kitchen and laundry. Fantastic salesmanship! The 2 men that delivered everything were outstanding as well! I would highly recommend to other people. This service person was a nice guy, but I never seen a service tec show up to clean a dryer and not carry a vacuum. He pulled some lint from the blower wheel using small pliers, he went to put the dryer back together and wasnt even going to clean the lint out from behind the lint trap or the lint trap itself, I had to do it. The door seal had lint stuck to it and its still there. And the clean up on the floor was left to me

The price was right for the refrigerator. The next day delivery was a must because the old frig was shot. The two installation techs did a great job and were very courteous. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

On October 28th my friend and I visited the store in Romeoville, IllinoisWe were greeted immediately by Jake Lewis He professionally introduced himself and offered his assistance. He explained to please look around and any questions he’d be happy to answer. He did not follow us around the store like which made the experience more relaxed. I was looking to buy furniture for my new home. Once we found what we liked we sat down and talked. There was no high power pressure at well. Jake was beyond knowledgeable to every question I had. It was absolutely obvious that he loves his job and seeks to present the utmost professionalism. I advised him I would like for him to put numbers together after I selected living room and bedroom furnishings, to which he did same.The numbers were definitely manageable. We kept in contact through the week, where he answered all questions I had, and I then returned on November 2nd. On this visit we picked out the mattress and box, again no pressure. The deal was made and furniture ordered.Jake was excellent to work with and would go back over and over for future furniture!Jake has an outstanding personality which really serves him well in his position!

I purchased an entertainment center with fireplace from Shermans. The service is always excellent, above and beyond. When the piece did not go together properly by the delivery guys, the furniture techs came out and figured out how to make it work. I was so pleased until the power stripped blew. The piece is so heavy I could not get behind it to unplug. The techs came again and were able to resolve the issue showing me what to do if I should have the problem again. I am so appreciative of these service people. Thats why I continue doing business with Shermans. The work ethics are impeccable.

Not even worth the one star! Got a $4,000 sectional from Ashley Home Store two years ago. It has broke three different times. Call them to get them to take care of the issue and just get the run around. I dont recommend wasting money at Ashley Home Store!

Darren and Eric delivered our sofa and chair and a half. They were very professional and courteous. This was some extremely heavy furniture and they handled it perfectly. They work very well together. They set everything up where we wanted it. They took the trash out, nothing was left behind. They arrived right on time. They got here at the beginning of the 2 hour window timeframe.

I recently had them out to fix an issue with some furniture I purchased there about a year ago and they were very prompt and professional. I’ll definitely continue to shop there!

Nice selection but find it ridiculous that they want 169.00 to deliver furniture 3 miles down the road. I will be going elsewhere to buy to furnish my home. The local stores have the same things I want and charge 15 to 40 for delivery. I cant imagine that they will stay in business to long with what they charge very sad.
