Came in for one item and was able to find what I was looking for with no problem.

The staff was very friendly and told us about all the sales and deals they had going on. I bought two sweatshirts and a vest; all high quality items. I am likely to visit again if I am in the area.

I enjoy going there and being able to bring my pet but I feel that there should always be something for all animals out free for others pets like a little treat or maybe a small toy or something to welcome others and there pets since its mainly for pets and there family

I cant remember exactly what I was looking for but it was something you would assume an auto parts store would carry but didnt. Family farm & home had what I needed and the cashier knew exactly where it was. This was not my first experience like this. Theres many items you may not think they would have but its sure worth checking the store out.

Always great. Similar (or even better) inventory than big name farm stores. Theyre always adding new things, staff is knowledgable and friendly. I honestly love this place and would miss it very much if it were ever to close. I hope that doesnt happen, I highly recommend everyone close enough to shop here and keep this awesome store in business. Theres something for everyone, even if you dont have a farm.

The first place I look is in the clearance shopping carts when you first walk in the door!! I literally saved hundreds of dollars by getting electrical and plumbing and automotive items from those carts!!

Had what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

In the last 90 days, the value of this location has plummeted. I spend on average 350 dollars per visit. In the last three months, every single time I have gone here, they were out of some or all of my order. From chicken feed(I buy 20 bags at a time) to swine meds, and today, fencing and bulk pipes. Literally half of my order. I now have to go to Wabash and try to find the products that this store manager cant seem to order.

I went shopping for dog supplies. The store had a wide variety of dog supplies. Associates were friendly and helpful. I plan to use this store for my future dog supply needs.

Lots of essentials and some niche products for fair prices smaller store size also helps with making trips short!

We went to Peru and stopped on the way home. They have one of the best cat litters and usually have it on hand but lately they have been having a shortage. Litter is really inexpensive but the quality is the best no tracking and the clumping is outstanding. Oder control is great also.Thanks Family Farm and Home. Heading to Auburn in the morning to the store there. Its closer.

Didnt have the size item I was looking for.

You guys are always humble, and resoectres. Any time Ive had questions you have been amazing at answering. And any time I need help you guys are there without hesitation.

My husband and I have been going here since we moved back to the area. Usually associates were nice. However we are rarely asked if we need help. Prices are a bit high but its closer than most farm stores. Our last visit was 5/11/18 and we were getting a couple rolls of fencing and feed. We were not asked by the employees watching us load our fence onto carts if we needed help. Then we get to the register and their machine didnt take our check. We have both worked at multiple retail stores including farm stores, they could have entered it manually. However instead the manager came up and got an attitude and snappy with my husband saying she couldnt call the bank to verify funds because they are closed. So we needed to figure out another form of payment. We had more than enough to cover it, have a rewards card with the store so they have our information. I ended up paying with a debit card for another account so it didnt come out of our farm account like it was suppose to. Then we left and loaded it into the truck without them offering assistance. There arent many farm stores anymore that are good with customer assistance but I would rather buy from one that wasnt completely unhelpful and rude. The manager did call while I was at work. We tried 3 different days to call back & he was not in.

We enjoyed looking at their baby chicks.My husband received all kinds of help, & information he needed. While, I was busy buying Precious (our Shih Tzu) some snacks, & myself candy. We love how we can take her in to pick out her own snacks, and a little toy once in awhile. We definitely recommend this store.

Have to edit my review today. Drove the ten miles to town and they were not open at 9 as stated. The employees infomed me that the manager had not shown up. They had contacted another manager and he would be there at approximately 9:30. My time is more valuable than that. Wasted my time and gas. Friendly staff and usually have what I need at a fair price.
