We visited a few times to look through the used Travel Trailers and we were not bothered by any salesmen, and we only had contact when we asked for help. Which was AWESOME!! Every 5th wheel or trailer had awful smell. Nothing was looked at prior to showing so doors would be broken hanging in the way food on walls holes in doors or furniture and still listed at a high firm price. They dont take the time to show you get a paper and find everything yourself.

All the used travel trailers we looked at were all trash in my opinion. Either has water damage, missing windows, or just stunk. Way over priced for what they looked like. Even had a horse trailer there that looked like it sat in a flood with the mud still all over the floors in the living area. Drove an hour to look because most reviews were good but ill never go back.

No one waits on you. No one comes out.

I am having a wire issue to hook up to a trailer on my vehicle. I was referred to 4ZS. I went there to see if I could get help but I wasnt sure since its Saturday. When I got there they came right out to help. I didnt have an appointment or anything. They were very friendly and tried to help me. I wish everyone had customer service like 4ZS. Excellent people!

It was our first time getting a camper and they were very helpful. Help us to understand a lot of things that we didnt know. And the service was very wonderful thank you for everything you did for us you are definitely make eye cancer patients dream come true to be able to at least go camping

Drove an hour and a half to look at their RVs..Staff never even greeted us or come out to answer questions...(they knew we were coming also)..RVs nice on the outside..rough on the inside...

Found the perfect RV that fit my needs, owners and service guys were amazing. If anyone is looking I would strongly recommend checking here first, they bend over backwards to make you feel a part of every aspect. I will never go anywhere else. We recently lost our home to a fire. We have been scrambling to find an RV to live in while we rebuild and weve visited several RV dealers. At other dealers we were often met with an overwhelmed and unfriendly staff, but that was NOT the case at 4ZS RVS. We had an AMAZING experience.When we arrived we were immediately given a detailed inventory list of all available RVs, the staff were all incredibly friendly and knowledgable. We had all of our questions answered and we left with the RV of our dreams at a FANTASTIC price! We could not be more pleased with our experience at 4ZS RVS and we would 10/10 recommend this business!

Very rude!! Taking my business elsewhere!! Not considering they were asking a $500 deposit on a camper. Only able to make $494 deposit. When i asked if there was a chance if they could refund it because something personal happened and i got the response of wow unbelievable i turned down a couple just for you guys. Ill call you tomorrow sometime if i WANT to give you your money back and hangs up. Horrible service. I dont mind that i lost the $494 but they could of been a hell of a lot nicer.

This place is the best. Huge selection of new trailers. But what is great is the inventory of used motorhomes. If you are like me and dont mind putting in some elbow grease to save a little cash, then this is definitely where you want to go as well. We saved a fortune on our (new to us) 2008 motor home and are very pleased with it. This is a family owned business and they treated us amazing. Phillip was very professional and answered all our questions with honesty. The finance office was a breeze and they got us a great deal on financing. All around an amazing experience and I highly recommend giving them a shot to earn your business.

I purchased a new Crusader 5th wheel here. I was offered a fair deal, the staff is friendly, and the process was easy. There were a few issues that came up and they were handled promptly and satisfactorily.

They had the part that I needed and the staff was friendly. Make sure you go RVing prepared. The price for a toilet valve was 4 times what I could have gotten from Amazon! They get you in a pinch.

Went to look, just checking prices and what they had to offer.. looked for almost 45 min. And we still had to look for someone to awnser questions.. they were to busy chatting amongst themselves about who seen who recently... poor service..

My fiancé and I had gone to another RV/Camper dealer prior to coming here and everything felt so commercialed, very corporate-like, additional fees, etc.. the sales people were amazing but something didn’t feel right. We came to 4Z’s and everything fell right into place... it is family owned and operated, which makes a world of a difference. The team was professional, friendly, caring, and honest! We even saved a FEW thousand on the same year/model camper AND even had a couple of updates we were not expecting. This experience was above and beyond what we expected. 12/10 highly recommend

Had a fantastic experience at 4zs rv! Bought our very first class a to begin full time rv living. They answered every silly question more than once and made everything as simple as possible. Highly recommend them!

When communicating about a specific unit, I was clearly mislead regarding the condition of the unit.The unit was advertised with only 1 issue on the exterior, and no major issues on the inside. This was not true. Water damaged interior is a major issue! Trying to hide it from potential buyers is even more of an issue!

We are frist time buyer, We had good experience there, they treated us with respect, they dress all of our concerns, we will consider them again on a ready to buy our next one!

Gives $50 discount to provide positive eBay feedback making feedback incorrect in many cases. I did my research found out they deal with repos and rebuilds so I know my camper would be in only fair condition even know the said excellent/good. I didnt get the title for about a month after purchase which was surprising to me that they didnt have at time of purchase. I have now owned my trailer for 6 months and do not regret it as I purchased $5000 under book value. If doing any business make sure you are willing to do repairs on your own and get a really good deal on your purchase.Also note they will strip just about everything off the camper in some cases and will try to sell these to you as an extra cost item. I purchased a few things and made an offer on a combined delay which they accepted.I disliked 4zs RVs due to not having a title on hand and the attempt to cover up issues.In the end I would do business again if the deal was right.Buyer beware.

This dealer was not honest or forthcoming about defects in an advertised rv. It was purchased through online auction because it was advertised with only normal wear issues. NOT TRUE!!!. It surely has lots of wear and in addition, there is interior water damage, current leaks, electrical issues, severe underside rust, non-working appliances, broken cabinets and doors, broken electric step, non-working slide motor, broken shower door, non-working generator, no running lights, no left blinker or brake light among others. All these unexpected defects plus the normal wear on a 9 yr old motorhome. Oh yes, a missing toilet (when called on it, he sat a dirty one in the middle of the floor for my installation). And they refused to refund my money.

We were treated great by Teresa, Janeen and Keith. They each get 5 * from us.

Could not ask for better service! Within minutes of arriving we were greeted by Janeen, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. She answered every question we had about a repo unit they had on their lot. She kept us informed about every step that was taken between 4Zs RVs and the bank. She went as far as to tell us exactly what would be needed to repair the unit, right down to the item numbers. A few days later we were proud new owners of a 5th wheel. One week later it was all repaired and as good as new. We are thrilled with our new purchase and would highly recommend 4Zs RVs to anyone looking to purchase a new camper.

I cant even tell you what an experience we had ~ it would take me a long time to write it all. It has not been good in any way. All I can say is do a VIN search on your RV that you intend to purchase before you ever sign the deal, to see if you really want to go with the purchase. So saddened that there are so many dishonest people in business.
