I just went into the store yesterday met with awesome fun and friendly customer service. I am experiencing back troubles and expressed what I was looking for and was quickly shown my options. I appreciated the fact that my price range was respected and kept my experience very positive. The store room was clean, relaxing and we were even offered the opportunity to nap and really get a feel for the right mattress. I am looking forward to delivery day and better sleep! Thank you

We were thankful Allen @ Mattress Firm in East Peoria made things so easy for us all! The sale was also great, & we felt like we got a really good deal. We happily walked away with every kid having picked out the bed they wanted after only 30 minutes & with expected delivery just 4 days later!

The employee that helped me was very kind and knowledgeable. He took his time to show me the bed that was just right for me, and to top it off, he gave me and unheard of deal! He did everything he could to get me in the bed I wanted and I would recommend him to anyone!

Allen from the East Peoria store is a really nice gentleman who worked hard for me to get the right mattress in my price range. Also some discounts that saved me a boat load of cash. If you want the best in customer service, then I recommend to go see Allen and let him take care of you like he did me. Thank you Allen and keep up the good work.

I was so upset when I called there. We had ordered a bed somewhere else and they didnt deliver for months after they said they would. When I called and talked to your sales woman she was the best person I have talked to in a long time. So helpful and organized and knowledgeable. She helped me find the best bed and made sure it was in stock!! I will never buy a bed from anyone else!!

Terrible place...let me explain. We went there and bought a mattress with a check. Every thing we were told went through and we received a receipt and picked up our mattress next day. Done right? Nope. About a week later I get strange texts and phone calls from a strange man from a number coming out of Florida telling me to call him right away because there is something wrong with my account number. Sounds fishy already..I did not call him and went to my bank instead...they also said it sounded off..and my account is fine. The money was still in the account though. We called the sales lady right there from the bank and told her what was happening...she said she did not blame us for not trusting that man..she said she did not know who he was. We were not about to give out account info over the phone or write a new check when there is nothing wrong with our original check which is still good...which was accepted as through there system as good and this is why their computer allowed us to even get a receipt. We tried going out there to have them run out check again and was told the system would not allow it..and to give more information and write a new check...well...that is not happening...they will have to pay to have the first one voided before I even consider writing a new one...their system seems to have dropped the ball somewhere...NOW the very rude manager lady named Trivan ...sorry do not know correct spelling...which we never met face to face was getting very loud on the phone with my husband saying we better get out there and pay this...which is what we were trying to do all along...she was loud and rude and speaking over my husband as he was trying to explain all this to her on the phone...I could hear her and I was sitting on the other side of the couch! Gas is up in price and he was trying to tell her when we run out that way we will come in...which if she would have let him say it was in two days...Very unprofessional...meanwhile we still don’t understand what is going on and there is no apologies coming from mattress firm about this mess. We still intend to pay this but not over the phone to some weird man in Florida...we will only deal with place of purchase in Peru IL.....unfortunately we have to deal with a bully of a manager that threatens her costumers..after this mess is done we WILL NEVER DEAL WITH ANY MATTRESS FIRM AGAIN!!! We already shared this with numerous friends and colleagues...they do not even deserve one star...if they would just admitted a mistake in there system..apologized..and did not have a bully of a manager and helped us figure things out I would not have left such a review.

The store manager was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She knew the product and was an excellent saleswoman and gave me a concession on delivery costs that was needed by me to buy the matress. Otherwise I would have bought from Marseilles.

Eli was an excellent salesman! We will continue to use Mattress Firm as our bedding resource! Customer service was/is unmatched!

Allen at East Peoria mattress firm was absolutely a great salesman. Was not planning on buying a bed that evening anyway but he answered all questions very thoroughly, gave professional opinions, was not pressuring in any way and stayed 45 min past closing time to help us. Needless to say, we bought a bed!

I can’t leave a review of the mattress, because it’s not going to be delivered for another week, however, the sales lady, Travonne, said she would keep checking back to see if an earlier delivery time could be arranged. As far as service at the store, Travonne was very helpful and knew her products well. She offered a price match and a discount on top of the already reasonable sale price that I couldn’t pass up.

The salesperson we worked with was so pushy as if she wanted to get the sale over with. She was rude in person and over the phone. We bought a Tempurpedic and it came with a defective base... We got on the phone with her and she refused to let us return it! She kept talking over us and wouldn’t allow us to speak whatsoever. She also just hung up the phone on us. Now she won’t pick up the phone when we call which means we have to take time out of our day to go to the store. There are tons of other places to buy a mattress. The older saleswoman here just wants her commission and you out of there! Do not recommend coming here.

I came in already wanting to purchase a mattress, however I was dissatisfied with the pushy sales experience I had. My experience was poor. The sales rep was in a hurry to just make a sale because it was the end of the night (I work at a 9-5 and came in at 7)and had no genuine concern for the customer. He drew me in by asking for just my address showing his experience because most sales people listen to the customer and allow the customer to communicate what they want. He just simply ran a transaction and made money. My business didn’t seem meaningful. I will not be buying from here again.

Mary was awesome. We went in thinking we knew what we wanted, then we found out the deal they were having so we upgraded for less than we were expecting to spend in the first place. We will be looking for another mattress for ourselves again in a year or so, this one was for our daughter, and we will most definitely go back!

Travonne did a wonderful job walking us through the process of buying a mattress. We had not shopped for a bed ever, we have always gotten “hand me down” beds so we were completely clueless about the shopping process. We are so happy with our choice. There was so much information given to us and all of our questions were answered. She took the time to let us try out beds over and over again until we narrowed it down to our favorite bed which we ended up purchasing. Great experience overall, super excited to get our new bed!
