Great service from mgr older lady work n desk was rude we asked y our car was done for an hour and wasnt called so mgr asked the woman and she looked at him crazy and walked off....

Based on the fact that they never answer the phone I assume thats what all their service is like!

I went to have them check out a tire leak.They were very very busy, short staffed AND their mobile scan devices were down, but the gentleman who got my information in the computer and checked out my car was very courteous and level-headed.Besides computer trouble, the tire exchange and QCs was a little less than an hour.

Walmart slowly destroys your soul, and as such the customer service there is abysmal! Service is 0 star and selection is no better or worse than most, although the electronics section is in steady decline. The tire center is more interested in postponing anything you might want done than actually serving the customers, if you are lucky enough to get anyone at the register. I stood at the register for an hour before getting someone to acknowledge me, and then they told me they didnt have time to plug my tire, an hour before they closed. I argued with them for 15 minutes until I demanded a manager, only then did they agree to do the job, which took less than 5 minutes to complete.

Waited for over half an hour and was never served.Manager seemed indifferent.

Very friendly. Very nice. My oil change was really quick!! Couldnt ask for anything better. 👍👍

I wad told I could wait while my tires were being changed. 3 hours! I waited 3 hours! They told me there was an issue with my valve stem but they fixed it. Come AM I leave my house to go to work to find a flat tire due to the valve stem being damaged. Had to bring the car back and get a new valve stem. Now 3 months later Im attempting to take my tires off, I have a 6.2 bar impact gun and only managed to get once nut off, just wow. The $20 I saved hoping to Walmart ended up costing me much more in the end. Never again.

Very slow to get 2 tires put on had an appointment and still took forever. They were nice and took some money off for my time wasted.

Literally the worst place I’ve ever been to for any auto work, 2 hour oil change not one phone call was answered. Staff was nice but need more people working.

Went for oil change. Failed to put sticker on window then two days later change oil soon light came on because they did not reset. Had two new tires put on back and back tires put on front. Driving away from Walmart the check tire pressure light came on called Walmart and Dave in tire shop told me they couldnt do anything about it. Never get into back

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My last oil change the staff ruined my oil cap and has since sent me somewhere else to fix their problem. On the phone said that the car would be undriveable if they continued with the new oil change. Isaac the manager on duty was extremely rude and wasn’t looking to amend the wrong that was done.

Super friendly staff. I ended up going west on I-80 to the next Walmart as there was a 2.5 hour wait at this location at this particular time.

Got an oil change very reasonable. Told me I needed new tires as one was wearing uneven but they dont have the capability to do a front end alignment so I didnt have them do it.

Very helpful staff. Good prices. Wish they had more staffing.

The most incompetent people they could find, waited for 2.5 hours for them to tell me that they dont know how to lift my car, fed me bs about my lift points being rusted even though I just had it in a shop on a lift less than a month ago. I still need tires and now everyone else is closed.

Brought a tirebuilt in to be patched. Was asked at the desk what I needed. Told the kid I needed a tire patched. After waiting for his turn to use the computer he gets name, phone, date of birth, address, etc, etc.......Then asks again what it was I needed. Told him once more that I needed a tire patched. He says I think were out of patches Goes back to the shop to ask, Yep. Were out of patches .Questioned why he didnt just tell me that before the inquisition,; he says he though I wanted a new tire .poor excuse for a tire shop.Dropped tire at King Tire, picked it up the next morning, no questions, no computer, no wait. Next time I wont try to save time by dropping it at Walmart.The extra 10 minutes to get to King will save me time.

It was good overall, however instead of 44.99 it was 55.dollars.

Was there since 4:45 p.m. and didnt get talked to til 6:00p.m. mind you the two people in front of mntht have been there for almost 2 hours. All I need as a new tire, on a rim, and Ill put it on my self... Get your stuff together guys.. I can see why your a 2 star review.. and to top it off.. once I got spoken to he said they were at there limit for the day.. absolutely bogus.. two thumbs way way down.

Waited 4 1/2 hrs for tires to be put on. Lost a days pay kid was sick and could not get him cause they were taking to long had to drive 35 miles to get tire. Wont make the decision again. And why dont we have a tire center in streator in our Walmart. Never again will we do this agan

Its fine, customer service.ehh.oil change for me.checked everything before I put the key in.

They need to have more then one person working up at the register at least on the weekend. Just having one person there makes it a long wait and line. Thank you

Quick service if just picking up tires

Bunch of young guys incapable of changing oil on a 2016 Ram 3500. They were refusing to change the oil cause they have to left it to drain it. Seems mechanics are too lazy now a days to get underneath a vehicle now. Ive been to numerous walmarts for oil changes and this is the first with a location full of incompetent mechanics. 10 guys and girls in there, not one wanted to work on my truck. Idiots.

Many many MANY people have had issues with this auto place. They arent fast and have messed up. If you just get the basic oil change and nothing else you are likely wont have issues. Dont trust them on anything else....I have seen them even get that wrong and a tire rotation wrong.....

Been there twice for oil change first time it’ll be over an hour and a half wait. Second went in at 3:30pm and was told pulled our last car in for oil change cause we are short staffed...Really Walmart?????
