The peru il location has always taken care of my cars and any semi trucks I call for at work. They have a lot of windshields in stock for same-day repairs

Scott showed up the day before, told us we needed a new windshield, then the next day when a new tech Kenneth came to put it in, repaired it in 5 minutes and you cant even see a mark. Scott is apparently only good for selling you a brand new windshield and leaving the work for someone else. Then afterward the front office tried telling us we have to deal with the insurance ourselves to switch the claim back to a repair when they were the ones at the very best making the mistake and at the worst committing insurance fraud. Might have been a bad day based on the other reviews? Either way wasnt an experience I would recommend to a friend...

Chip was super knowledgeable and answered about 1000 questions I had about repairing versus replacing my windshield. The whole process didnt take long and Im super happy with my experience.

They explained everything that they were going to do and any problems they would let me know also any problems in the future to let them know. Very knowledgeable and pleasant!!!

These folks were great. We were visiting from out of town and needed our windshield replaced quickly. They replaced the windshield flawlessly and explained thoroughly what they did and what to expect. All of this was done quickly and only a couple of days before Christmas.

Arrived 30 minutes early but got in basically right away. Was estimated it would take 1.5 hours to complete but it was done in an hour. Very friendly and did a great job! I recommend tremendously!

I had a representative come to my house and replaced my cracked windshield. He did a great job putting on my new windshield.

I got a crack in my windshield. I decided to just get a new windshield chose to get done at Safelite. Did the appointment online went well for me. Day of appointment got there they immediately got my vehicle in the shop. Everyone one was very professional and they got the windshield done very quickly I waited the the coffee was very good. I hope I never have to get a new windshield but if I do I will go back again definitely

The tec was very nice, polite, and quick in his work. I had earns to run and when i came back he had the new glass in and was vacuuming the shards from my other window! very satisfied costumer here!

Our cars windshield had an annoying (but small) chip in one corner. We contacted our insurance company, which in turn coordinated the repair with Safelite. Every aspect of the overall repair went smoothly and the outcome was top-notch.

The folks at Satelite in Peru, IL were efficient, courteous, and did extremely good work!
