Zero pressure, the team members answered my questions and gave me straight answers. I appreciated getting honest answers.That night I applied for financing on the Can-Am website. The next day, Chris in sales let me know that one person a the waiting list decided to not purchase at this time, opening up the possibility for me to purchase the motorcycle. Later morning Derek, the fiance director informed me I was approved and that I could pick the motorcycle up the next day.The next day the General Manager, drove to my home 35 miles away, picked me up, and brought me to the dealership. Have had a couple things done here, but had just got my tires replaced and balanced. It was done super fast, literally the day after I brought my bike in even though they have a long wait list usually. Service people are always nice and informative. About 45 minutes away but well worth the drive!

My wife and I bought a new side by side from Maximum Power sports. They had a good selection of side by sides. I recommend asking for Chris, he was awesome, he guided us to the right one, gave us the right price, abd even delivered it the same day. Great fiance team as well. If I buy anything in the future this is were ill go!

I recently bought a 2021 Ryker Rally at Maximum Power Sports. They were kind enough to hold a floor model for me for over a week while I took the three wheel basic riders class and have the motorcycle endorsement added to my drivers license. They were also able to add the accessories to the bike that I wanted and they had it ready to go (with a full tank of gas) when I got there. I would buy again from Maximum Power Sports and I will have my Ryker service there in the future.

Sam Tracy and his whole team were very easy to work with and were extremely helpful in helping me find a trailer that would carry multiple boats. They were all very responsive to all my questions and their pricing was beyond fair, especially in this crazy market. Once I made a decision, they held the trailer for me till I could pick, since I live in Indy.

My husband and I each purchased new Spyders at Maximum two years ago. We also recently purchased a new Can Am Freedom trailer. Both experiences were awesome. Sam is the most gracious person as are all of the staff. If you want a pleasant buying experience go to Maximum for all of your outdoor toys.

I just recently moved to the area and frequently visit these guys for dirt bike tires, gear, and whatnot. They have an awesome selection of pretty much everything. They are also professional and knowledgeable of what they offer. Which is quite a bit from inventory to services and repair. The 5 times I’ve been there the owner has personally greeted me twice and made small talk. They don’t know that I’m about to drop of my sons quad for repair and I hope they see this 5 star review before they give me a quote on fixing it! 🤣 I love this place, my kids love this place, and we will always be frequenting here for all of our power sports needs. Terrible customer service, with hidden problems on their equipment. Wont return calls to fix the issues even with extended warranty I paid extra for. Wont ever get my services again. Not happy

Had an amazing experience here! Easy no pressure sales. Picked out the units I wanted online and set most everything up over the phone so all I had to do when I arrived was sign and go. They even stored the units for me for a month until the weather was nice enough to hit the water. I will definitely make a purchase from here again.

Not good. Ordered a new unit over the phone and told me they would call me when it was ready to be picked up. They called me and said it was ready. Two days later I drove 50 miles to get it. When I arrived, they said it wasn’t ready, they were waiting for a part to arrive. They should have called me and let me know. One waisted trip. They said they were sorry. I’m still not happy

I just purchased an ATV from Chris. Excellent experience. Made the deal over the phone. When I arrived they already had the paperwork ready to go and the ATV was ready for us to review and test out. No hidden fees or gotchas. Very straightforward, fast and ready to answer any question we have. I looked into many dealerships and found the best pricing here for what I was looking for, and a very good, honest deal.

I Bought a side by side from them last year. Everything has been Ok with it. That is why I give them 3 stars. The salesteam was 5 Star. The service department however brings them down. In the past I knowlingly know it takes time to schedule. So I called in September to get a snowplow added to my UTV. They scheduled me for today. I drove over an hour for them to have no recall of my appointment. Not a bid deal I was just going to drop off. After lookingfurther theydo not have the parts that they told me they had when I scheduled. Now they are telling me some of the parts will be back ordered until No. 27th. Just wasted 4 hours of my day. I wish I got to charge them the $100 an hour they charge us.

I did research before heading to MPS in Peru and I am grateful that I did. I value customer service and a firm handshake above a considerable number of things. Chris McGuire greeted my daughter and I almost immediately when we walked in. He was kind, not pushy, and knowledgeable. Chris went above and beyond what his job requires. He answered many obscure questions and was patient the entire time. I wish more people working with buyers acted like him. I will also mention that Derek Jackson was wonderful to work with on the financial aspect of the purchase. He was excellent at explaining the process, as I’ve never purchased an ATV before. When it was all said and done, a lady named Holly called and finalized the details of the purchase. She was amazing too! Overall, I would say that 5 Stars is not enough to explain the exceptional service my family and I received from MPS. I will do business with them in the future and be referring others to their store.

Looking for a place to purchase a UTV,Motorcycle,ATV, snowmobiles anything you may want you can count on the friendliest staff and over the top customer service. I have purchased 5 units from them and I don’t even look or call anywhere else anymore and 2 of them they stayed hours after closing to make sure I had something to ride. Your happiness and you coming back time and Time again is what they want . Hard to find a place that rather see you walk through the door 100 times then make one big sale. Even for parts it’s over the top quick and great prices. I’ve seen this place change names and owners but one thing that has never changed is the customer service and the feeling you’re more than just another sale when you walk through the door. Was stopping by after dropping my toy hauler off for repairs. Forgot the sales guys name but he was very helpful and answered all my questions. They didnt have the model I was looking for in stock but he said he would be able to get it in by time I pick up my toy hauler in a couple weeks. If I decide to purchase this is so far at the top of my list.
