I ordered two accubows totaling around $397.I got an email stating it was shipped to from FedEx Monday. Then got an email Tuesday stating it was canceled from sender. I’ve sent emails made phone calls even ask someone to reach out to me on Facebook. Nothing no returned calls or emails

I can’t say anything on here about the product. I never received it yet and still waiting on it. Says it’s been shipped and FedEx can’t find it. Tried to call Accubow many times but voicemail if full and haven’t heard back from email. No happy at all with this company. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY SONS CHRISTMAS PRESENT AND STILL WAITING

This place is nothing but bad bad bad customer service says on their add 100% satisfaction guarantee try it out for 14 days And return it for refund but they don’t tell you they gonna take $15 off for restocking fee $14 off for shipping it to you so you get a total refund of $142 after you paid $172 so buyers beware. I tried it out for a day and seen that it was nothing but junk after second shot laser stopped working after third shot D Loop came loose which is no big deal to most of us. called three times no return call Finally answered me by email and then they use the excuse that COVID-19 through email is why they didn’t return my call sounds like a complete fraud company for sure I’m sending it back let’s see what happens now I also have PayPal working on a full refund for me and next step is: Better Business Bureau

This clown is an absolute idiot and total fraud. He has no clue how to get it done in pursuit of big Whitetail Bucks! He definitely is a bottom feeder and was forced to infringe on my Intellectual Property Rights to try to emulate my greatness. He copied some of my outstanding high quality Whitetail Deer footage of a special buck I could almost pet named Spread. Excellent customer service and superior archery training product!!! All around great company who cares about their customers!

I purchased the Rick Carone model directly from Accubows website along with their phone mount and training app. The quality of the product I receive cannot be understated. There were mares to the finish of the bow, it was clearly molded out of cheap plastic, the tension adjustment was mushy and hard to release, the phone mount was flimsy and would not retain my phone if the bow was shot at any more than 20-30 pounds, the app didnt register my shots (regardless of what I did with the sensitivity settings, and to top it all off the Accubow return policy doesnt apply to the Rick Carone bow and counts from the day you place your order (not the day you receive it... which is typically 7 days after you place your order). I attempted to return the bow but was given a typical caveat emptor response. So heres my warning to you, spend your money elsewhere! And especially, dont buy the Rick Carone model unless youre content with spending $160 on a piece of junk with no customer support attached.
