Cant express enough how pleased I am with my new Speed Queen washer and dryer. Mallow Appliance was very helpful and their service was great. My husband did not have to do anything when they delivered them exactly when they said they would. They even removed the laundry room door to get them in. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!!!!!

Horrible! I called and made an appointment with them for Friday from 2PM - 4PM. I dont forget as they claimed I did! It was for Friday and my wife also heard it on the speaker phone. Called at 4:10PM and they said it was Monday not Friday! They obviously had an internal issue as I was told Friday and thats when I took off work to be certain I was there. Dont waste your time with this one! Surely they still use paper and pen for scheduling. Ill never get that day back!

Mallows is the only place around that carries and services LG appliances. They have many components already on hand or can get them quickly. They do a great job.
