Good products, horrendous customer service. He would not look up an item for me because I was not wearing a mask. Wow....I will find another supplier. Drove 1.5 hours...wont spend another dime in their store/on their website. Only gave it a two star because of the good quality product at a good price...Ill pay more for it next time, somewhere else.

Excellent service. I had some weird/difficult requests regarding my latest project (as I usually do when I visit such places) and they were very accommodating - took time to answer my questions and explain things to me.

Multiple attempts to speak with a specific store. The call was routed to a central call center. We were told a pair of work boots would be available for pick up on 10-18-17 after 1:00 pm. When the boots were ordered, I asked specifically for a purchase order, and she said they would just use my husbands nameBefore we drove to pick up the boots, I decided to call the store...which went to the call center again. They asked for the purchase order number, and I replied I was told they were just using my husbands name. He said they were not able to look it up without the number. 20 minutes later, they located the boots, and could only say they were to be delivered today. My husband called as well, he got a call center in a different state.Just glad we didnt drive over to pick up the boots that are not there. Very poor customer service, and not our first rodeo with the company. Thats why I knew we needed a purchase order number to track.Small stuff, but very frustrating!!!

I was looking for 2 electrical panel cover screws after being on the phone for twenty minutes and speaking with three people i finally got threw to their electrical department and guess what they didnt have what i needed. on top of that the guy claimed they didnt make those screws. what a waste of time just for that when i called MICK ELECTRIC and was on the phone for not even five minutes and guess what they knew what i was talking about and they had what i needed with zero frustration. if your going to sell specialty parts them hire some people knowledgeable people instead of wasting peoples time.

Great service from the staff!

The staff is always willing to spend time comparing what you need to what they have got in stock. And they get most other parts in by the next morning at 10am. The prices are a little high when you dont have a big spender account but not so high that its crazy to stop by and get what you need if you need it right now.

Tried to place an order for 11 CO2 monitors & wanted them sent to 11 different addresses & I was told I would either have to send the order to a group email w/my CC info or give ea address verbally over the phone. Could not call directly to the store & place my order. Could not email address to the person I was talking too. Not impressed at all
