Absolutely wonderful customer service. I spoke to a couple of the employees and they were all so helpful.

Today I received an order for my Anniversary. It was funny cuz my boyfriend and I were asleep and we were awoken to loud banging on the door. We thought something had happened, he got up to answer the door. It was the Edible Arrangements delivery person. They wanted to make sure we got the order, lol!.I was happy, just the only complaint I wanted all chocolate for the banana because I am not a fan of white chocolate but thats a minor issue. I am still going to eat it.I was really surprised also when I got the order that the store gave us a little cheesecake with whip cream, sprinkles and a candle. That was really nice and great customer service. I am here a few more weeks for work, but I am going to try to order from them again before I leave.Thank you Edible Arrangements, during this time you still made someones day happy.

Ordered a $190 worth of items. When my significant other received my surprise she got 3 balloons one of which was completely deflated no air even left in it. The flowers were 50 percent dead!! Extremely embarrassing! The fruit wasnt even ripe at all! I expected much better quality for the pricing of this. I will never order from this place again thats for sure.

Website says same day delivery. Thats not true I called lady I spoke with says they need at least a day to make an order

This is the worst place to ever get edibles fruits.

The fruit we received in two gift orders were horrible the pineapples were very old / sour tasting and I threw them away called today and the last said theirs nothing they can do and that must of been a old sour batch, like seriously that was very unprofessional and rude, I wanted to give 0 stars but had to give one

My daughters 19th birthday away from us was made amazing by the beautifully crafted Edible Arrangement she received as a gift from us. Not into cake or junk food, this was a healthy, fun, and memorable surprise for her. She was able to share it with friends and enjoy her day! I was especially taken with the pineapple flowers with cantaloupe centers! I will order again, especially from the Perrysburg store. Thanks!!!

I live in Texas but our daughter is now living in Ohio. I wanted to have a nice edible arrangement sent to her at her place of employment there in Perrysburg Ohio. I was delighted to find a shop there in town! I dont particularly like doing things online so I called directly to the shop and spoke with a very nice lady (I believe she said her name was Tammy) and she was more than happy to help me with making my order. I asked several questions that may have seemed silly but she was so patient and never once made me feel uncomfortable while I went back & forth trying to decide exactly what I wanted. This was all done yesterday afternoon which is much later than ideal since I wanted it to be delivered this morning on her birthday. Again, I was thrilled to be told it wouldnt be a problem getting that done, and as promised, a sweet arrangement was delivered to her this morning. I have spoken to my daughter and also seen photos on her Facebook page and it is EXACTLY what I asked & hoped for. She (and her co workers) love it!! I am VERY pleased with their service and would definitely recommend this shop to others.
