I called and talked to Mike in the Early morning to get my car in that day since my car sounded so bad from the hole in the exhaust. He was very accommodating and professional. I dropped it off as discussed and he called shortly after with my diagnoses - that I already knew what was the problem. He provided me with a fair estimate and they did the work that day. He found another leak in my trans line and identified it to me but did not press it to be fixed. But said it should be addressed soon. So I went ahead and had both items fixed since they were already working on my car. They were speeding and complete on the service. My car was handled well and with the COVID I was able to have minimal physical interaction. I would recommend them all day long!! Mike is super personable and mechanic was very knowledgeable. A+++++ in my book!

I brought my car there and they were able to get the repair done in a timely manner. They explained what was needed. They were so good I brought my mom’s car the next week. They even reminded me that I needed an oil change, that means they really looked over the car. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

On rare occasions, my car engine would not turn over. 99% of the time, I could get it to start, but sometimes it wouldnt. I took it to the dealership who could not solve my problem, but they got it running again. This morning, after I pumped gas at a gas station, the car wouldnt start. Thankfully, Mytee Auto was across the street. I walked over there, they took my info, and assured me they would send someone to get the car from the gas station. Handed Mike a quote from a national chain repair shop and within a short time had a call with their estimate (significantly cheaper at Mytee). Received a call once they verified quoted items were needed. They also noticed something the chain repair shop missed and went over pros and cons of doing repair now or waiting. I liked it because it was locally owned. The person in charge of things was very nice and was very good at explaining things. Although a dealer was paying for this repair since it was a new purchase he did not try to sell me something that I did not need and explained thoroughly what the problem was. I was in and out and about 45 minutes. Seems like a nice business and honest people. Would highly recommend.

Moving out of town, but will miss the great service from the team at Mytee. I have two late model vehicles that require on-going TLC. I have an older classic car that needed exhaust work and a new heater core.Dropped car off. A couple hours later I got a call from the mechanic working on the car. He explained what the car needed and the cost. It was repaired to my satisfaction. Very pleased with the work. I will return for future repairs.

I went here to get quote on exhaust issue. I Had gone to a competitor and they quoted me 1100. 00 for flex converter and 2 pipes, said rusted through and barely hanging on . Mike quoted me 117.00 and said it can be repaired no need for new system. So thankful for for businesses like this !

The guys at Mytee always do a great job! They get us in on a moments notice, and even drive the person waiting for the repair over to Levis Commons for shopping or a hot drink. I have always found them to be very honest. They go to great lengths to get the best price for parts. I had to have new rotors one time and Mike called around until he found one of his outlets that had a price that he liked. Apparently my old Escape has expensive rotors. Ive never walked away from their place with the feeling that I had been overcharged. If anything they are super reasonable. I once recommended them to a good friend who had an old car that she loved, but the part needed to fix it would have cost her thousands. She didnt have that kind of money, so took it to Mytee and they MADE HER THE PART for a fraction of what the dealership wanted. Lets just say she left with a smile on her face AND got a few more years out of her beloved car. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Great job taking care of the power steering leak I had. However, told me my distributor cap needed replaced and wanted to charge me. My truck doesn’t have a distributor cap...Won’t be going there anymore.

I had never been into this place up until today and they fit me into their schedule, told me cost upfront, and had work done extremely quickly and they did a really good job. My car is my daily driver and my hobby and I don’t trust many people with it but I would definitely take my car back here for work.

Only real complaint was when I came back to pay for the completed work I was handed receipt and informed “It’s out front keys are in it.” My truck was parked out front, keys in the ignition and the drivers side window was down. I know it’s Perrysburg and not a “bad” part of town but I really feel that was not very professional. I did not go back in to complain although I should have. I will still take my vehicle there for service but I will definitely request they hold the key and secure my truck when it’s parked outside.

Up front pricing, no unexpected fees at the end. Called and informed me when extra work was needed before doing it. Would not hesitate to get more work done there.Update 12/20/19. Experiencing grinding noise coming from the front left wheel. Went back to the shop and they could find nothing wrong. The noise is extremely loud and easily repeatable as it happens whenever any right turn is merge is being made. This was not occurring before my repair job. I will be taking it to another auto shop when I have the extra money to do so.

I have a 2017 Ram 1500 HEMI, I ended up going with the 40 series dual exhaust(from a single exhaust).The service was excellent! The staff was very knowledge, in which they laid out all options by aggression. Of course I wanted the most aggressive but they suggested different muffler that they felt would suffice but not be overbearing.The results were exactly what I was looking for, nice throaty sound in low RPMs that would howling once you put the throttle down.The pipe work and layout looks clean and professional and didn’t take took long to be completed.All in all, I give them 5 stars would definitely refer an friend. My ONLY ISSUE is that the manager is a Gator fan lol!! Go Dawgs!!!

Im impressed! Its Friday 3:00 PM and I just left with my camper to get away for the weekend. My brakes went out. My brake line blew. By the time I disconnected the camper and drove my truck to Mytee it was approaching 4:00PM on a FRIDAY. I was told that I wouldnt get it back until Saturday but received a call at 5:30PM stating the my brake line was replaced. Not only that, but the other side was replaced as well since it was just as old. Five stars for these fellas!! highly recommend.

I went in because my car would not stay started. The people at Mytee told me it was an easy fix which it was. It was a bad battery lead and the guys at Mytee replaced it and had me back on the road in no time. Thank you for the honest and hard work.

Installed an exhaust- knocked 2 heat shields loose, left to rattle- offered to fix them for $100 bucks- great business model. Ended up taking the car to a real muffler shop to have the issue remedied. Too many other reputable establishments that will do an honest job from start to finish.

I am new to the area and knew something was wrong with my car but didn’t know what. Mike took my car in right away, diagnosed the problem, and worked to get it taken care of. They also came to my home, picked me up and shuttled me to the shop to pick my car up when it was finished. One of their mechanics wrecked my girlfriends vehicle INSIDE their shop after taking it off a lift. Drove it into a workbench. damage to the front bumper, headlight, grille, basically the whole front end. They did absolutely nothing to make things right. She is still driving around the vehicle with all the damage they caused. Will never go here again, or recommend anyone go here.

Fast friendly service with a crew that goes the extra yard. They pointed out that my sway bar was missing a bracket and were kind enough to tighten it up and send me on my way.

The job and the labor on the vehicle I would have given a 4 or 5 star it was the customer service that was absolutely terrible. Had to call Mytee back several times. Had over a $300 dollar bill that ended up getting knocked down to $125 because they did not submit all the information into the warranty company and I had to call the warranty company to get that taken care of. There were changes on the bill they could not explain why they were on there. Will never do business with them again.

Didnt have to wait to get a quote as soon as I arrived they put my car on the lift and 5mins later I had a typed quote.
