They had what I needed, when others now days didnt but stuff a little up in price now as most places past raising costs on to us ? Still go here off and on when No one else has what I need?! My Jeep was in an accident and when someone fixed it they put some wrong parts. At the Perrysburg AZ they helped ALOT to get me the parts I needed. Great customer service!

Just stopped in thetr to grab oil and a new funnel. Vijay began to go through the whole place to set me up with a starter pack to change oil. Drip pan, wipes, fast orange, funnel, etc. I explained I didnt need it, but he certainly went above and beyond expectations.

If you call ahead, they will have your part waiting for you. Always friendly. We ask a lot of questions and they are very helpful. If they dont have it they can usually get it. Also, they have a very unique tool lending program. If you need a tool to help put your part on they can lend it to you so you dont have to buy the tool you will only use once. They know details. Great place to save on car repairs if you are handy.

My battery died and car would not start, so after a jump from a friend I made it to this store before they closed. Fortunately I had purchased my previous battery at another AutoZone store 4 years ago, which meant that it was still under the 5 year warranty. The staff was calm and professional, they even helped me by replacing my old battery free of charge. (Thanks again for that warranty!)

Ordered parts online with wife’s card under her name. Received email to pick up parts. Called store to make sure I could swing up to grab them. Was told it was fine. Arrived and was talked to with no respect from two employees there for not having her there to verify order. I do not need to be talked down to for their coworkers mistakes. Will also be going to their managers about this.

They have always been helpful at this location. This particular visit was looking for touch up paint for my vehicle. Upon investigation, we found that they did not carry the color I required. The employee went as far as telling me where I could obtain the required color even though it would result in a sale outside of Auto Zone. That is above and beyond in my book. They have my continued business.

This AutoZone has the most curteous and helpful staff. We couldnt figure out our windshield wiper (its the new kind with the different adapters). They helped me find the correct wiper and exchanged the one that supposedly worked but did not. I will absolutely recommend them.

Been coming to this autozone for the past couple years. Quick delivery times and good customer service, the store manager comes off quite rude but drake one of the other managers took very good care of me. Very knowledgeable but prices are too high imo

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Placed an order yesterday for a gas cap for my van and was told it would be in by 10am this morning and I would get a call. That call never came. Finally went to pick it up after 2pm and a new woman acted like I I must have never placed an order stating she made all the calls that morning....started to go through the order receipts and not 5 down was mine. It was for a locking gas cap went and got me a non- locking cap. When she stated the price which was almost $4 less then I was told I opened the box up figuring which I was right it was a non-locking cap. She then proceeded to instead of looking at the order have me go through the whole deal again make, model, year,...etc...etc...etc as most women had to go to my glovebox for a couple things. She called me in stating shefigured it outI walked back in to find she had jacked up my bill over $7 what I was quoted stating it was due to being quoted for non-locking...even though right before heading out to the glove box I knew something was wrong because the price was too low. I told her we are done here and I left...what an absolute joke. Sad thing is this by far is not the only time this place has jacked us around but....it will be the last. Tired of wasting my time.

Took my car there yesterday as it wasn’t starting without a jump, and after doing a load test, my boyfriend determined it was the battery at fault. Since my battery was still under warranty, I figured I could get a new one. The folks at this Autozone told me that nothing was wrong with my car, that my battery was fine, and they recommended I take my car to a shop to determine the problem - even though I had explained that I was 99% sure I needed a new battery because I’ve had this issue before. Yet, they disagreed. So, I took it to the Autozone in Bowling Green, where both they and my dad did another load test on the battery, and sure enough - it was essentially dead. Thankfully I was able to get a free replacement at the Bowling Green location and my car is running smoothly now; I just wish I didn’t have to drive all the way there when the Perrysburg location could have easily helped me out with this.

Knowledgeable and friendly. Buying stuff for cars are a chore and their personable staff makes it more enjoyable.

Went to this location even though I live in Toledo for one reason, your store manager Dennis he is very knowledgeable and a good guy I will follow him wherever you place him I did have the pleasure of working with him several years ago at your hub store I learned alot from him . Dennis is a great parts guy and store manager his store looks great and his crew is awesome . If everyone trained under him the rest of your stores would do better. Your Laskey rd. store needs work to many rookies giving out wrong advice to people . If youre not a mechanic dont give out advice on how to fix things leave that to us the mechanics . Thank You

Got a part under warranty. Was unaware of the core charge (which is my fault it was my first time getting a part under warranty) when I went back to return the part I asked why I was only getting part of what I spent and the employee talked down to me the rest of the transaction. Honestly, Ive been to other Autozones with minimal knowledge and never got talked down to.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff more than willing to help you find the exact parts you need to fix/finish any auto related problem you may have. I highly recommend anyone who has an automotive (of any kind and type) problem to visit!!

Not happy whatsoever, bought the rods 2 months ago and finally got my truck in for alignment, well said that they couldnt do it! So after some tear out flip flop investigations, AutoZone gave me the wrong parts to begin with! This has happened numerous times now and needs to come to a stop so much time and effort to do things yourself, just plain wrong yo be given wrong parts just so some girl can be employed, I am calling corporate today

So disappointed in the salesman we just had. We stopped in for a headlight for our truck and we showed him a picture told him what kind of truck and so on he even walked to the truck and looked. So we walk back in told me he was going to go look up this light we needed. As I am standing there he was just standing at the counter was not looking for info we needed and then asked to help someone else !!! Totally horrible customer service and I so wanted to tell him what I thought but we walked out instead. Wow. Never again will I ever go back there. There is no sense treating a customer like this. Horrible !!! Usually I don’t have any issues that’s why we went there. But never again
