Have a 64 1/2 mustang they have done work on and we will be taking our 50 merc to them too to get engine, body and paint done. You want guys that can think out of the box and are creative in design and great service you cant go wrong here. The other cars theyve had in the shop look AMAZING. There was a 77 TA they were doing work on that Ive seen in a few car shows since. These guys do great work from start to finish, paint and body, etc.

Sorry guys. If I could give a zero star, I would. CONTINUED BELOW click to read full reviewI did take Auto Body and Paint many years ago. My friend and I did all the Bodywork and paint on many cars when I was younger I just decided not to be a body man or a painter as a career.Every place I took my car to wanted to do a whole new bumper instead of the body work. Because its just so easy just to buy a new skin. Theres no dent on my car, its just a slight puncture in my bumper( the material is barely pressed in. After removing the skin myself. Only the headlight plastic was broken. I purchased a new headlight. I will be fixing it with the materials that the bodyshop market has to offer. Ill repair it, skim it, put some high Build primer on it, Ill probably then Scuff the area around it, basecoat and clear the area. Blend with my buffer.I talked to the painter at this location and he seemed to be the most knowledgable. As I pulled up though I was blown away and my 1st impression was WTH. By what? Well, they had an early 50s 2 door shell with doors on the 4 point lift. They said they had just finished chopping it. Ok...Keep in mind this was just the body of the car, it was not on its frame. The owner of the shop was trying to show his workers how to mount this body onto turntable type end rollers like the one shown in their pics online. I was blown away by the fact that the whole entire floor pan of the car with cutaway, plus half of the firewall too. No front-end at all. I was watching his guys lift each of the four points individually trying to line the car back up. I asked the owner why didnt you brace this car all up before ever cutting on it he just ignored me. I told him, I cut a car years ago and put a Targa Top in it. I had to brace it back then because everything starts moving once you start cutting away the structure. Once again he just ignored me and walked away. The painter however, he talked to me about the work hes done and showed me some of his quality paint work on a black car. I was very impressed. As we spoke in more detail about car related stuff and insurance stuff. He was pulled away by the owner and told to get back to work. Guess I pissed the owner Chris off.If these guys ever do any major work on your car. It would be best to check in on them at least once a day. Specially if theyre going to be doing any cutting and hacking on roofs or floorboards or firewall. All of those things have to be braced before you start cutting. If you dont believe me for any reason.... Please stop by any custom shop and ask them. Bracing is key, before you start doing any kind of cutting, custom roofs, chop jobs, or channeling. If you dont, the car will almost guaranteed Twist on you. Doors, Trunks, fenders, latches and other parts wont line up the way theyre supposed to. Once a car twist. its almost impossible to get it back correctly 100%.
