Best U-Haul store ever. I have rented a lot of U-Haul equipment over the years, and this place, hands down, is the best. Great and helpful staff, very well trained, good equipment, well stock with supplies that you would ever need. Go nowhere else if you live in Peoria IL.

Always helpful and knowledgeable. We were in the midst of moving and our own truck broke down. We reserved a truck via the website and were given a place in East Peoria for pick up, got there and they told us we needed to go to Allen Rd for a one way rental. We arrived at Allen Rd location and they saw our truck was actually reserved at yet another location 😣. Al got on the phone and switched our reservation. We got a truck and drove on our way. Thank you very much for your assistance. Highly recommend this facility.

Love this place if you have to rent a truck to move something or pick up an item you bought but dont have a truck to get it home. Very reasonable, all vehicles are brand new. Facility is very clean and customer service people were very nice and helpful.

I have rented from here several times. Each time was a good experience with this last time being excellent. My motorcycle broke down and I had to retrieve it without being too late for work. They got my paperwork through quickly and me on my way. When I dropped the trailer off I was unhooking it and the clerk brought me my checkout paperwork to my truck so I could get on my way. Very nicely done.

Mark is the most helpful guy you will meet. We all know moving can be a pain, but Mark makes it easy for you. Im moving soon, and I have been going around talking to different moving companies and even people at other U-Haul locations in Peoria. I was getting pretty fed up. It seemed like everyone I talked to was not disclosing hidden costs and did not care one way or another about my move. When I came in to Marks location on Allen Road, I was treated to honest answers, help finding the most cost effective option, and someone who genuinely wanted to help make my move as easy as possible. Whether youre moving out of state or across town, I would highly recommend you give Mark a call.

Ive called three times to get a hitch installed on my new explorer but never got a call back. I guess they dont need my business.

I took my vehicle in to Uhaul on Friday evening because the wiring harness was not working correctly. Al looked at my vehicle and said to bring it back Saturday morning and they could replace it for me. Al replaced the harness and was prompt and very professional. I would recommend the Uhaul on Allen Road. Thank you Al!

Out of all the UHAULs to go to for all your storage and moving needs, this one sets the bar very high compared to all the other ones.DO NOT GO TO THE ONE LOCATED on N. MEADOWBROOK ROAD managed by a guy named ALI. That guy is horrible and doesnt give a F*** about you. ALI messed up my reservation due to ignorance, neglect and wasnt professional with me at all.Luckily, I met MARK WOODY, he was very compassionate, understanding and bent over backwards to help me with my moving needs at the last minute since ALI screwed me over completely.Mark even went to great lengths to make sure I was going to have a safe travel. After his shop closed down, he drove to my apartment to make sure that all my belongings were safely moved into the trailer. If it wasnt for Marks excellent customer service skills, I wouldnt be renting from UHAUL again after the way ALI treated me, but thanks to Mark, I will be renting from UHAUL again.
