We reached out to Riley just asking his honest opinion on East side AC companies and to our surprise he said he would be right there! We trust Riley and had no idea he would come to East Valley (Queen Creek) and especially on such short notice. Riley walked my Husband through every detail and got us the best deal out there. I appreciate honest and loyal businesses and Red Rock Refrigeration is definitely that! If I could do 10 stars I would!
Red Rock Refrigeration was out the next morning after our HVAC system stopped working and was unrepairable. They assessed the unit and took measurements, providing a quote on the spot. They offered installation the next day (provided enough notice to pick up equipment) or the following day if needed. The owner was very informative and provided a thorough explanation of everything that was included. The main thing that set Red Rock apart - true passion and knowledge of their profession was evident! The owner was meticulous with his install and arrived on time. They were courteous, used floor protection, and even swept up afterwards. All-in-all, a very good experience!
Riley is the best! My AC stopped working so I called Red Rock and Riley the owner answered. He first tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone - when we couldnt figure it out, he came right over! Showed me exactly what was wrong, fixed it and got it working. Incredible service! I highly recommend Riley and Red Rock!

Lets just skip to the end of the story, shall we?Riley was efficient, cost effective, very knowledgeable, charming as hell and more than willing to go into the details of the issue at hand at 10pm. We will be using him again and again.Thanks Riley!!Earlier that day...Wife texts and says the AC is off upstairs and the thermostat is dead. Of course Im at work, so I Google replacement thermostats in case I can get it to work using the downstairs thermostat and Ill just switch it out to a new one. Hoping this was it anyway.I get home, replace the CR-2032 battery along with the AAs as well and find no joy.The house is only three years old so at 4:15 I call the subcontractor the builder used. Their phones rolled to an answering service at 4. An hour later someone called back, listened to the problem and told me its probably a shutoff switch in the drip pan. Ok, I go check, it is full of water and sure enough it shut off power, so I call back. An hour later I call back again.I then begin Googling, looking on Nextdoor and a local Facebook group. Several people mentioned a guy named Riley with a business called Red Rock Refrigeration and he lives less than a mile from me.By the time I call, it is just after 8pm. He immediately answers, says of course he can come, the price at the time of night is currently the same as the rate during the day, he just finished a job around Arrowhead and will be here in 25 minutes. I text him my address and wait.Twenty plus minutes later, sure enough, he pulls up. Introduces himself, checks a few things here and there and up into the attic he goes.He comes back down, shows me his phone and breaks down the what, why and how he will fix this. It turns out that, surprise, the subcontractor the builder used made shortcuts and unrelated, left a vent completely disconnected so we were cooling our attic as well.He made short work of the repair. When it was completed, he showed us before and after photos of what it initially looked like compared to the state after he finished.He recommended we have him revisit in March before it gets hot to check the coolant and roam around the attic again. I set a reminder on my phone that night.
