So I dont Know what the person bellow me is talking about ! This store was one of the cleanest ;Friend-list stores I have ever been in I have been in customer service Management for 10 + years . This store is run the way that I run my team. I also Believe in Sam Walton Rule his 10 foot rule if there is a customer within 10 Feet of me I stop and take care of that customer ! So this Travis kid you are talking about is doing his job making sure his customer is taken care of . As For the Manager Roy ! I give him cud dos for making sure to hire staff that wants to take care of people and not be robots

Staff is friendly and cool. They usually greet you when you walk in. They also do custom hats here and it’s cool to watch them make them.

Seriously what happened to Lids... used to love it there. Couldnt possibly be more uncomfortable in there between the new manager & the employee named Travis. I just wanted to come pick a gift for my boyfriend & as soon as I walk in the store I smell putrid body odor. I told him politely that I was just looking & didnt need his assistance & he just stood there staring at me while I was trying to shop! And he shouldnt be standing so close to anyone when he smells that bad! Not to be mean but if you are old enough for a job you should have learned personal hygeine already. Seriously both of those guys made me so uncomfortable I dont even want to step foot in there again. They are completely unprofessional & creepy. I would maybe tell the employee to start showering & tell the manager to stop trying to hit on female customers.
