The owner went out of his way to help me understand what plumbing part I had that needed repaired, down to size, model, and recommended exactly how to get it fixed. Thanks Larry!!!!! A++++ Nalion!!!!

Really bad customer service. However i did get the hard to find part. Waited 10 minutes after opening time, Greeted the person opening up with a good morning, I got a weird look. Asked if he worked there,simply replied yes. Had to follow up with a part question to get a reply. Walked into the store followed him to get the part,didnt realize i had gone behind the counter, and shooed me away with his finger.

If you have anything plumbing-wise that is hard to find, go to Nailons. They are also a wealth of knowledge, but be warned, bring cash, because they dont accept credit/debit cards.

Nailons is a plumbing store that caters mostly to professionals and contractors. If you cant find what you need at a big box store, give Nailons a try. Nailons used to supply local hardware stores with their plumbing department. A specialty plumbing store!
