We called from the Surprise Store, there website said a item was in stock. Know one could find it. Called this store. Jay checked the stock held the item for us and when we came in he was ready and waiting for us. We had a problem with the coupon, he said know problem, called his awesome manager, who resolved it without a problem. This store has outstanding customer service. Thank you Jay!

Theres a lot of good stuff in here and a lot with good deals dont forget to check out their extended warranties on many of the items they have in stock... Ladies dont be afraid to stop in and definitely ask questions if you need to. All of the employees are very supportive and helpful

They never have anything in stock, when their website says they have it, and seems like workers dont know nothing about tools, you ask something to any worker and they said they know a little, or do you ask, do you work here they said sometimes seems like their professional ethics match their quality of their products

First time walking into this location drove about 30 mins just to find a specific part.Asked for a manager, Manuel was the manager on staff gladly to help answer questions . Unfortunately once he realized he didn’t have the knowledge to assist . He made my 74 year old dad feel like a total inconvenience.Being that I was completely confused, I asked how he was the manager due to not having knowledge on product in the store?His response was? What am I suppose to know information on the 10s of thousands of items in the store?!Luckily a “Customer” over heard & was willing to help.. nice establishment but terrible customer service.I work in customer service & was completely astonished knowing this man was in a managers position... if you don’t enjoy helping or defusing a situation for a potential customer you shouldn’t be in customer service in any right minded establishment.Remember customer is always right especially when theirs potential business to be made.

The cashier greeted me with a smile and a how are you doing today. I went in there for tips to a welder. The store was clean. There wasnt a long wait time to check out. Lots if good sales going on right now.

What can I say other than this place is great! Store is organized and clean, prices are great and speaking for myself the employees have always treated me like they are glad Im there and very helpful. Except for that one guy thats always yelling at everyone. J.K. if that happens its a customer Squaking at an employee some b.s about all the problems with what they bought when in reality 99.825% of the time its just the tool outsmarted em. Oh and just this last thing the people out there that are still regurgitating the same crud about the quality of HB tools from like b/4 the Ice Age need to wake up and actually go buy some cuz the quality is 10 fold better than when you thawed out originally.

Dont visit or spend any money at this Harbor Freight on 67th Avenue and Peoria! It seems that the management has went out and found the absolute rudest customer service people they can and placed them into this store! Do yourself a favor and spend your money at any other Harbor store except this one!! A girl named Lindsay has no business working in ANY Customer Service situation!! I will never return here again, and will tell everyone I know about my experience there.

I love HF! When I need tools for a one time project this is the perfect supplier. Would rather pay $40 for a sawzall instead of $150 for a name brand, especially if it just sits on a shelf once the project is finished. Cant beat their prices for tarps, moving blankets & dollies; keep the catalog & coupons in my phone to make sure I am getting the best price.

Definitely one of my top 5 favorite stores but as far as Customers service there the workers where very rude to me and my wife we where there twenty minutes before closing and we where the only ones being rushed with no help everyone else got assistance but we where ignore and if it wasnt for the rude stairs we wouldve felt so left out . Tell me why I was the only one to get my money checked at the cash register tonight I was very insulted . thanks for the great experience at your location harbor freight 😉😁

Very unorganized store you cant find anything youre looking for so you have to ask for help and its all in the backroom.

I would not give one star but I had to put something. If your looking for one time use tools this is your place very cheap no good quality. There staff is very rude. If you are looking for quality this is not your place if you are wanting cheap this is your place. They offer a. Replacement plan with all their products because they know their products are junk.

The manager Robb went above and beyond to help us with our first generator purchase. We had tons of questions and he was patient, funny and knowledgeable. Great customer experience!

All kinds of employees around. The one I asked where a certain tool was, he tried to hand me a very tiny version of a Dremal tool. No one or anything was around to sanitize the cart with. Pretty sure I wont be going back there.

Stopped in real quick looking for a table saw my local one was out of. looks like a smaller to mid size store.

Usually Harbor Freight has everything but this visit and my other previous visit they did not have what I wanted. It is disappointing to go to a store that usually always has most their inventory in stock, not having it. And According to whats posted on their doors everything is being blamed on covid-19

Very well stocked store unlike the bell road store in surprise. Which os usually outta things that I need went there twice within two weeks they were out of what I needed but the Glendale and Peoria store had 20 of what I needed so here we are..

Good quality tools greatly improved. In tbe last 15 years. I mean all harbor freight stores. I noticed signs for huge lot sales but mouthing was outside the store. This was the past weekend. I live not 2 miles away so I noticed.

Great place. Ton of items. You can spend a lot of money or you can spend a few dollars. They have great deals all the time and good quality stuff. The worker that checked me out was very nice and was able to give me the mailer coupon for a discount.

The finally have Jack stands in stock. I can finally replace those junky welded ones.

I have never been to this Harbor Freight Tool location. When me and my mom went there to pick up tools for her garden. I thought it was small inside only few isles but once you get inside the store it is big inside rows of every tool you can think of they have it!!!, people who work there are friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great experience!! and I enjoyed wandering around looking at their product..!!!

This place is like the ghetto Home Depot, but thats not a bad thing. I like to come here and just browse around, sometimes you can find some unusual stuff here. But I buy my work gloves here and they last about 6 months. And with the 20% coupon its a heck of a deal.

Ive never been to a Harbor Freight store but have always heard about it... Both good and bad in regards to product quality. I decided to finally check one out since this particular store wasnt to far from me. It was approximately 2:15PM on March 24th when I got there to find the store closed. CLOSED. Considering the virus situation and stores either closed temporarily or operating under reduced hours... I thought maybe that was the case. As Im pulling up their website to figure out their hours I see a handful of what appeared to be store workers walking up to the store entrance, then one unlocks the doors and lets them all in. I might be mistaken but from what I could tell it looked like possibly the entire team went out for lunch. I say that because it looked like each one of them had a bag in hand as well as a fountain drink/straw. Not sure if thats normal business policy by all harbor freight locations... Close up shop while the entire team goes out for lunch or just this specific store breaking policy? I know that there couldnt/wouldnt be any businesses or individuals possibly taking advantage of the pedemic going on? Right. People arent that sick, right? And if Im wrong for my assumption I definitely apologize. But Id be wrong just for the reasoning behind the closure not the fact that they did close the store. Thats a fact because I tried asking them from my vehicle if they were closed or what was going on... They all but one blew me off like they couldnt hear me. The one woman mouthed closed a couple times thru the window since they were all already back inside with the doors locked again. Just to follow up and not jump to conclusions completely I called another store to see if they were closed also or if they what possibly could be going on but they were open and knew nothing about possible store closures. So my 1st experience with Harbor Freight wasnt good. Unprofessional.

Has just about everything you need. But didnt have to type of caster wheel I needed (push in vs. bolt in). Staff was very helpful, and store is extremely clean. I would recommend it to anyone looking for tools, generators, etc.

Cheap and affordable tools. And when I mean cheap I mean cheap in price and cheap quality. Maybe 25% of the products are actually good quality and will last a few years. On the other hand most of their products will last 3-6 months if that.

Loitering haven, chill place, abandon buildings and lots of parking space, small never shopped for myself, prices seen fare and ignored, lots of comp items. Not a pro store

Before i went to the store, i called to make sure they had the item i was looking for and was told they did. So i went there and couldnt find it. Looked around for anyone on the sales floor. No one. Went to the front and asked the cashier, she told me to look down a specific isle. Still couldnt find the item. Finally out of frustration, i left. When i got home, i called the store again and asked for a manager. Was told she was, i explained my frustration and she apologized but i didnt feel it was sincere. More like an annoyance for my complaint. Like she didnt care. I probably wont return to that store again.

If you arent in a hurry, its entertaining to wander around this store. You will inevitably find a reasonably priced something you had no idea that you needed. However, if you have a specific item in mind the store is not laid out in an intuitive fashion and Im pretty sure the sales reps are specifically trained to avoid and evade customers. The cashier is usually friendly, frazzled, and clearly overworked--probably because she is the only person helping anyone.

Harbor Freight has the most reasonable prices on weird stuff that would take you all day to find at any other store. The reason for 3 stars is because they offer coupons and most of the time they are for specific dates different from the current. The ads are so little and those dates that are printed are itty bitty and require a magnifying glass to see. Every time we go there, people are searching for the free items that arent free for 2 weeks or only valid on a specific date.I do give credit to the staff because they are incredibly patient while repeating the same thing all day long about the ads.
