A good grocery store fair prices. Easy to enter and easy to find items. Staff are helpful and prepared to be helpful if asked for attendance. Will have my business.

I love going to this store but today when I went an employee thought it was okay to yell at my child. My child wasnt even doing anything wrong at the time and even if hewas it is not okay for him to do that if he had an issue he should of told me and I would have handled it.

I only needed a couple of things, and when I went to check out, only one lane open. However, another lane was quickly opened, so I got in and out quickly.

Prices are a lil higher here than other stores i have been to. Didnt notice many sales or deals. I dont like the layout of the store and i couldnt find what i was looking for. It is clean and one of the ladies was nice and helpful to me over in the self checkout. If theyd lower their prices i would shop here more. But over all its not a bad place just needs some rearranging and lower prices and more deals like other stores.

I went to order a cookie cake. No one there. Guy said come back tomorrow when lady will be there. He finally gave me an order pad to fill out myself. Hope someone gets it. They changed wine around. Couldnt fine the kind we buy, no one around. Looked for aspercreme. Out. Not a good experience.

I love this store! It has sooo many of the products Im looking for. Its a clean, well stocked store,with a lot of variety, and many specialty items. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The deli has delicious items to choose from, and if you purchase the meat in the glass case, you will not be disappointed!

We love it. Prices are OK and there is always plenty of people at the registers. Cashiers AND baggers. Not that I mind bagging my own groceries but its nice.

We like this store and usually shop there. I do have a problem with their helpfulness sometimes. They had a special on the purchase of 4 diet Pepsi 2 liters. I went there to get some. They only had 3 2liter bottles so I asked them if they could give me the special price on the 3. The clerk said no you have to pay full price or get a bottle of a different flavor to make the 4. I have had a similar problem at other stores and they gave me the 3 at the special price.

The store manager is very RUDE!!!! She treats the employees with disrespect at ALL times. I’ve never worked there but know some who have and still does. I hope this review gets to the corporate office. Randi needs to be replaced. When a department manager explained to her that an employee in a department has been insubordinate she does nothing to to help said manager due to her having Favorites she needs to be reprimanded and or fired

This store does not make customers wear a mask. I feel unsafe. They have signs posted on the front doors but never say anything to the customers... it’s ridiculous.

Beautiful store, very clean! I only wish theyd start stocking the olive sticks like they do at their Peoria store. Also, I gave it 4 stars because I have one complaint about the deli section. Their wings are huge gorgeous, plump & juicy and by far would be the best ever with one exception. Large pockets of fat along the ridges of the (plank side) wings. Any way to remove those prior to cooking them? Beyond gross! Might be just a side effect for such a large wing. If so, Ill try the drummy side instead of the planks and if theyre just as bad Ill sadly have to give them up. :-( Regardless, great store in a perfect location.

Lovely stop on my way back into town. Stumbled upon the clearance rack and snagged some coffee and soups. Happy to shop in a clean store. Cashier was great! Restroom was clean and smelled like nothing.

A nice store with good amenities but too small of a selection of single-serving, ready-made deli meals. Also was briefly confused by the special discount offer not showing up on the receipt.

I like shopping at Schnucks. They have a great selection of almost everything I look for along with competitive pricing. The aisles are clear, the shelves are well stocked & most of the staff is friendly and helpful. There was a hiccup at the check out, though. First, the young man running the register carded me (I am 72 years old) & when I produced my i.d., he didnt bother to look at it. What was the point? More than a little irritating. Next, he double scanned a rotisserie chicken I was buying & had to call for help to correct the problem. Finally, he removed the conveyor belt bar/indicator that the person behind me had placed to separate our purchases & started scanning them onto my bill. Again, a little irritating. Maybe it was his first chance to run the register. Anyway, I will probably shop there again someday.

Wonderful experience at Schnucks tonight. Music by James Herr in the Bakery and dancing in the produce isles. Great diner with wine and the loaded tater tots were fabulous.

This store has live music in their bistro every Friday and Saturday nights and its great! You get really good food and night club entertainment with grocery store prices on drinks and snacks. My wife had a bottle of wine for less than what you would pay for a glass at a bar. Plus we wandered the store and found some great bargains. KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce for $.89 - - beat that!

Over the intercom a recording said not to pick apart bananas and to not be rough with carts or they would call the police. Very high priced.

Went in looking for diet Vernors. None. Disappointed but I will look again in a week or two.

Customer service is usually pretty good, they have good deals at times, and its fairly easy to find what youre looking for.But, a huge drawback is that on numerous occasions I have bought suffering thats expired. For instance, I bought some knorr sides yesterday, made one, and it didnt taste right, the texture was odd too while cooking it. I checked the other packages I bought and they are both expired. One expired about 2 months ago, the other package expired about a year ago. A YEAR. This is unacceptable. And it isnt the first time Ive bought expired food here. Pop on shelves thats expired 6 months to a year ago, pizza expired months ago, sandwich meat weeks past expiration... The employees that stock the shelves need to make sure they arent putting out expired product and get the expired things off the shelves. Not everyone looks to see the expiration date, most Ione dont, but here you HAVE to check the expiration dates on the products you buy. They REALLY need to fix this, people will get really sick from this, some already may have.

Besides being a big new Schnucks, it has a huge produce department, variety in cereal, Ice cream, freshly made food cafe, extensive wine selection (feature wine tasting and musical entertainment in a perfect area for such an event). Numerous specialty items for preparing that special meal for two, for family dinners, and for entertaining at home. Everything one could need and the other items such as toiletries and home supplies. Helpful, pleasant employees too.

Has a great selection of Gluten Free products. Ever since the Kroger on Lindbergh remodeled and replaced the Gluten Free section with a big mixed-nuts dispenser its been a terrible challenge. Thanks to Schnucks for dedicating an entire aisle.

Typical modern grocery store. Nothing special. It has the same type of food, similar prices, similar layout to anywhere else. I give it 5 stars because of its great staff and because it is clean, well lit, with a large parking lot.

Fast trip in and its clean!

I came into pay a bill and the older lady working in the costumer service desk was so rude to me in front of my three kids. First I waited 15 mins wile she broke down boxes wile looking at me numerous times and when she decided to great me it was with a Yes. I asked her I need to pay my bill and she proceeded to tell me that she dont do my kind of bill witch was like any normal bill Ive paid here before. I had not one word to say and just left. Never coming to this one again. Not a shocker the way humans act these dsys
