I had a great experience here at the Peoria location. All of the associates were helpful and were not pushy. The financing is a life saver and allowed me to really feel like I was getting the ring that I wanted and not compromising. Justin and Mary helped me, but like I said, all the employees were a pleasure. I would go back and recommend it to anyone in the market for rings or jewelry.

My husband and I have always had a good experience at Helzberg Diamonds. They were very patient with us as we picked out bands and jewelry over the years, and when we had little children running around with us they didnt even blink.

Wes was very pushy, didnt seem to understand that I wasnt interested in a credit card or purchasing a ring today. Will not return.He did claim to be a credit expert and then gave me advice that would negatively impact my credit. In summary, it was rushed, not genuine, and predatory.

Helzberg is the McDonalds of jewelry stores. The staff was very unpleasant, the whole experience felt like I was going through the window of a fast food joint. Ive been getting junk mail once a day since I bought the ring. Im spending a lot of money (to me) at your establishment at least act like you care. The lady that I talked to was fickle depending on who (myself or my fiancé) walked into the place, maybe if I spent more than a grand she would be more accommodable. The ring is very nice and everything seems to be working so far. Staff is 100% why I will never go back to Helzberg.

Depending on who you are you might get a discount my boyfriend did but I couldnt supposedly friends and family well hes a friend of someone I dont know about lol and got a necklace smaller than a pea for 400 almost 500 dollars not worth it.
